nettle Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Knowing the Thais they won't have anyone lined up.
sdb Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 this takes us from 95% relegated to 195% here's to another decade in the gutter
Bayfox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Like most of our players Pearson is NOT a Premiership manager. so I take it on that basis. we need fergie.
johnny the fox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Only on the Sikh Channel, they are doing a religious service for those mourning out loss think there should be a multi faith service at the clock tower..
funkyrobot Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Gutted, best manager since O'Neill. Shocking timing. There'll be a few players in the squad who'll probably be feeling pretty guilty tonight. Too many of them haven't paid back the faith and trust that he put in them. What a Fkin season.
RedSoxUK Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 If the owners seriously sacked Pearson for 1) Telling a rude **** of a fan to **** off, and 2) having a laugh with MacArthur (laughing,) then our owners are deluded.
kingfox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 This season has been very poor, and he has proved throughout the season that he isn't a Premier League standard manager, but I honestly thought we would stick. The owners stated at the start of the season what they wanted, their aspirations might of been slightly high but they run the club & obviously want better. However why didn't we do it sooner, transfer window is now closed & there's very few managers out there who could get us out of this rut.
AaronH Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 So gutted but we can only hope a new manager does what pardew is doing at palace
Al-aLondon-Foxile Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Poor timing, and even worse decision in my opinion. He achieved so much for us, he had great integrity and the players played for him. He made some mistakes but I've always thought he was the man for the long term. I can imagine the exciting list of possible managers. Bollox
lgfualol Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 I'm sadder than I thought I would be. Pretty pissed off really. Results have been shit, football's been shit but I've got so used to being run like a normal club with a stable management it feels weird. We're ****ed.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 I'd say it's the right decision, just strange considering the run we have coming up. Some of this disrespect is really unbelievable.
dayday Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 I backed Pearson, but to be honest his tactics and team selection have baffled me. He did not prepare for the prem, and also you have to question his signings. No surprise really.
FunkyFox93 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss about flaming time Hopefully now all the Pearsonites will leave the club also as they clearly loved the man rather than the club. If they claim to be real fans then they should back whoever comes in like they backed nasty Nigel. However, we all know they want and will now slag the club off as they never really supported LCFC they just had a crush on big Nige. Bye bye Nigel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh absolute belk end. Nothings gonna change now, if we wasnt down befoere we definitely are now.
Gerard Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 There was no structure in the team under Pearson. He had no idea who his best team was or tactics to use. I'm happy to see him go but only if we move quickly to get a good replacement.
Dr The Singh Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 think there should be a multi faith service at the clock tower..i think a multi faith and multi non faith groups should all join hands and grid together
I blame Wellens Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Respect to his achievements but this was inevitable. God being a leicester fan really is a roller coaster.
dogadug Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 A number of players in our team were bought by Pearson who had a point to prove. In nearly every interview players commented on how much they were behind him. Can only see this demoralizing the majority of the squad more. We've got no chance of survival now. Look at the list of available managers near the top of the odds.. Neil Warnock, Tony Mowbray.

foxes_rule1978 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Disappointed... but at the same time his decisions were questionable at times. His decision to drop Mahrez which resulted in a goalless run was very costly, his refusal to play Albrighton... who is arguably our best crosser of the ball, playing Vardy on the wing instead. Playing a lightweight midfield with king and drinky wasn't working but never got changed... Kramaric bought but left on the bench is very odd...
blueoveru Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 too damned late...should have gone in early December his record this season so far was appalling, forget what he did previously that's History, we have waited too long to be here and now we are staring into the abyss....... he lost this club in the Summer when he failed to see that our Promotion team was not strong enough to compete in this higher league.
Salieri Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Very surprised at the timing and very concerned as to who may take over. Genuinely gutted to see him go, desperately wanted him to succeed after all he has done for the club. Wish him all the best, i'm sure he'll be snapped up by a Championship club very soon and will do a great job Jesus Christ : http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/leicester/next-permanent-manager
HitchinFox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Thank you Nigel for producing one of the best seasons in the club's history (champions with 31 wins out of 46 games – 102 points). Thanks for the memories.
Dan Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Sigh. We're going down and we're going down with no dignity. Who exactly is coming in and saving us? This is a massive appointment, make no mistake of it.
