MrSpaM Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Haha, you're very wrong if that's really what you think. The number that want him out has been growing, and after Saturday's pathetic result Im sure it grew considerably. But anyway, that's for another thread I guess. Don't know why I'm even waiting for this news conference to be honest...not going to be very interesting is it? Saturdays 'pathetic' result, that was down to our players not being able to finish and nothing to do with the way the team was managed...
LcFc_Smiv Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 It's like trying to get blood from a stone. It's like trying to get an answer from Nigel Pearson.
cityfanlee23 Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 New poll Who is surprised he avoided the questions?
Monk Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 He was way too soft on them, but good to see that he bossed it all the same.
stingray Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 "not prepared to talk about it" "never talked about internal details of my relationship with owners" no questions (on camera) about McArthur incident
EnderbyFox Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 At least no-one is accusing Nige of being dull anymore
cc_star Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 "not prepared to talk about it" "never talked about internal details of my relationship with owners" no questions (on camera) about McArthur incident As it should be
ADK Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Probably said more than he needed to. Could have done the same as Wenger and asked them what this has to do with the game against Arsenal.
Babylon Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 "I understand the interest and you wanting to ask questions, but I have loyalties to the people I work for, my staff and the players, which really is more important to me than trying to clarify things for a story which was based on speculation."
Stevosevic Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 What was weird about it for those that missed it?
Dan Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 So... nothing actually got said then? Which is what I fully expected.
ramboacdc Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 As it should be im with you there. i honestly cannot see them sacking him either way. they have proven they are not trigger happy.
Unabomber Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 What was weird about it for those that missed it? I don't think it was weird.
Unabomber Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Henry Winter @henrywinter 18s19 seconds ago Pearson on grappling McArthur: “It’s not helpful when the 3 fountains of knowledge on ‘Match of the Day’ make a mountain out of a molehill”
Burmesefox Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Pyscho Pearson is turning into Pyscho Keane - just hope someone's mobile goes off mid press conference.
psychonaut Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Felt like NP's shadow took that press conference
Bettsj2 Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Hmmm. Not sure what to make of that. He definitely didnt look comfortable but I suppose that's to be expected.
