Not a bad performance but do you play 3 centre backs against 1 striker?

Was MON there?

He's not coming back, get over it.

Yeah I saw him. Was there as a club guest though?

Plenty of teams do, but hey it won't change your mind and all you'll do is pick fault with everything as usual.

lost for words now!

Playing well away and playing shit at home. Always lose.

You've got to praise the players for not letting their heads drop after 2 early goals but you just can't defend like that.

We'd be a decent side with a bit of organisation.

"we play better when Nugent is in the team"... I'll repeat again, shame he can't defend.

Two own goals, a non penalty and a set piece against, standard day at the office. :(

It's true, he's probably our most complete striker. He's just ****ing annoying at  taking his chances, but when he does he does what he did today.

We lost because of individual defensive errors. Nothing to do with the formation or the way we set up

That's something we've not been able to say all season, quite refreshing.

A majority of games this season we've lost because of a mixture of all 3.

Starting to feel like the FA Cup every week. Plucky Championship team plays well but in the end loses to the Premiership team. Our win ratio is about the same as cup games too.

Spirited performance killed by a woeful first 20 mins.

I started to have hopes of Premier survival when we got the Edward Woodward. League table looked much better at that point and thought we could nick another and win.

Didn't last long though.

Thought it was a good effort and can't really fault the way we went about that game. Shame not to get a result.

What annoys me the most is having to listen to the whinging little bores on this site argue with each other about the same old shit for yet another week. Yawn.

Played well - deserved more

A draw would have been a fair result.  We had some great chances, so many free headers on goal that we didn't take.  Their defence was awful & so was ours at times.  They also missed some glaring chances.

Never a penalty but have come to expect that kind of shit.

Kasper looked like he had been tucking away the pies during his time off.  Upson was awful.

Special mentions for Vardy & Schlupp.  Most players had a decent game.

Can someone please explain to me why everyone keeps ignoring the rules about shots on target and deflections. The ball clearly was not on target for Kane. Pissing me off.

Lads put in there all again, a degree of unluckiness, can't have too many complaints today especially after not expecting much, Nige had a better day too. Only hiss boo of course it's another big fat 0.

Played well going forward, deserved more than just the three but again stupid defending and arguably a refereeing mistake (the penalty looked soft to say the least) means 0 points. It's like we're playing the same match on loop every weekend.

Similar story to other games against the bigger sides. Played some decent stuff, but missed chances and gifted silly goals.

Defeats against the lower half teams are the real reason we are where we are. And the most damning slight against Pearson

Crazy game really was the whole game summed up our season, silly errors, no luck and missed chances. We are down end of but let's enjoy the last few games and abd get ready for next year keep 80% of that team and we will be in for a good season

you mean 3 centre backs on the top scorer in the premier league? scandalous tactics, Pearson out

We certainly stopped him.
