Guest MattP Posted 1 July 2015 Share Posted 1 July 2015 Good luck to him. If it's true he's been sacked because of the actions of his son then it is illegal.
shailen Posted 1 July 2015 Share Posted 1 July 2015 I feel like claiming it on his behalf. Severe injustice after an impressive end of season.
lgfualol Posted 1 July 2015 Share Posted 1 July 2015 Pearson will have the last laugh no matter what. He'll be sitting at home with his £1m pay-off laughing as Paul Lambert takes charge.

5waller5 Posted 1 July 2015 Share Posted 1 July 2015 Why wait until now to sack him for those incidents .... If you're going to get sacked for something then it's surely on the spot or shortly after .... Ito just seems so wrong.

Finn Claw II Posted 1 July 2015 Share Posted 1 July 2015 It's a million pound payoff at stake. You'd be bonkers not to get a lawyer involved
FrankieWorthoYaggedMyWife Posted 1 July 2015 Share Posted 1 July 2015 Good luck to him. If it's true he's been sacked because of the actions of his son then it is illegal. I didn't want him gone in anyway. But lets be about right. He gave them more than enough opportunities this season, with his behaviour, to get rid. Can you imagine a Barclay's manager choke slaming a HSBC clerk in full view of the public and keeping their job? I am pissing myself at the thought of that now?! Sol thewall Bamba Posted 1 July 2015 Share Posted 1 July 2015 Hope he does it! Owners went on record in writing in the programme notes against QPR to say they've backed him all season, all that's happened since then in the sex tape, as previously mentioned if they've sacked him due to someone else's actions outside his jurisdiction, that's unfair dismissal. hackneyfox Posted 1 July 2015 Share Posted 1 July 2015 It isn't unfair dismissal if he's been on a major sulk because of his sons actions. If he's responsible for a breakdown in relations than he's screwed and his actions last season will count against him.
Frank to be Posted 1 July 2015 Share Posted 1 July 2015 Yeah because nige got straight on the phone to winners sport He'll be bought out of his contract. He has no grounds for a legal challenge whatsoever. Nonsense article. People are losing their minds over this now. Get the knives out get the knives out. Be honest with yourselves, you couldn't wait. You're relishing this.

5waller5 Posted 1 July 2015 Share Posted 1 July 2015 Perhaps NP was on holiday and they had a meeting scheduled for when he got back yesterday? Possibly. Did he return from holiday yesterday - is that a fact or speculation?? I guess we'll just never know ..... But the timing seems the strangest thing about all this - if they wanted to sack him they've had 4-5 chances and didn't take them, now out of the blue when it all seems calm they do it! Clever Fox Posted 1 July 2015 Share Posted 1 July 2015 You have to look at it in the wider context, the owners are like royalty in Thailand. Now their reputation has been damaged by Employees and in there homeland. Most people would have difficulty accepting it, never mind people with a strong Buddhist beliefs. The Owners are quiet reserved people who don't court publicity like some others, ( Tan at Cardiff for instance. ) They have done nothing but good for Leicester City and quite frankly deserved better respect. You could put the actions of the 3 players down to youthful exuberance, But the squad travelling should have been cautioned about there behaviour while abroad especially Thailand. NP as Manager has to accept responsibility for that it goes with the title of Manager. I suspect NP not accepting that fact has lead to his Sacking. Sadly no one is a winner out of this least of all the Owners. I just hope they have the foresight to bring in a top proven Manager to take us to the next level.
