Fox92 Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 And Bertand! Clyne has been decent but reminded me of Lee Marshall yesterday. Oh yeah, and Bertrand. Clyne has been decent but I don't think he's an International player. He's ok as a club player. That said, England haven't had a good right back since Gary Neville.
Countesthorpe Fox 1884 Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Look at Kane though everyone was praising him a month ago now he's not scored in over a month, drink water impressed me yesterday, came on and controlled the game well with cambiasso, Gutted for James doesn't deserve that considering past injuries
HighPeakFox Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 On an England note, rumour going round in the land of Leicester that Big Woy was there to watch some of our youngsters. One of which had to go off injured. Camera on the stream panned to Roy after james' injury, he looked disappointed. Shame for james if true. Come on - he's just human. Of course he looked disappointed/something sad
foxes_rule1978 Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 This year he is possibly been one of the best in the league
MooseBreath Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 If he was 21 and playing for a top-6 club then I think he would be in on current form. The important thing would be playing for a top-6 club. If Danny Welbeck can go to a world cup on the back of a season where he scored one league goal then Vardy could have got in as well. Correction it was actually the season before that Welbeck scored one goal all season but he was still in the England team throughout.
Foxhateram Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Come on - he's just human. Of course he looked disappointed/something sad Just going off the info they have on the stream I was watching. Be nice if he was thinking of james in his plans, he has been class next to cambi.
LCFC FOX Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 The last time this this thread happened we went on a long losing streak and Vardy turned utter shit. You've jinxed it!
HighPeakFox Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Just going off the info they have on the stream I was watching. Be nice if he was thinking of james in his plans, he has been class next to cambi. The producer has to find something to look at when the music stops
Mayofox Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 He's bound to have an Irish grandparent....we all do, don't we?
Stevosevic Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 He's bound to have an Irish grandparent....we all do, don't we? No
ealingfox Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 I don't think we can be too offended by the fact that he was clearly there to watch Southampton.
FLAN Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 In international games he would be a red card waiting to happen. Too niggly
The Year Of The Fox Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Easily good enough for England when playing the likes of San Marino on September. It'd be pointless considering him for a friendly or even a qualifier if he wasn't going to be in with a shout for France next year though. Which at the minute he's obviously not. So unless we get some major injuries up front he won't get a look in. A shame really cos he'd tear teams like San Marino and better teams to shreds. We lack that completely at the mo with England
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Only way he'd make a squad is if there were 3-5 injuries to strikers. You'd probably have him 8th-9th in the pecking order.
ealingfox Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Just had a look - he's got more assists this season so far than Ozil, Silva, Lamela, Coutinho, Rooney, Mata, Aguero, Ramsey, Bolasie, Tadic and Sterling, and the same amount as Hazard, Sanchez, Jesus Navas and Oscar (8).
LCFC FOX Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Welbeck Kane Rooney Berahinio Strurridge Walcott Austin Lambert Crouch Defoe Are all probably ahead of Vardy.
iancognito Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Probably not. But consider the possibility that he gets in for the San Marino game, tears them a new bumhole and bags a couple. First, Hodgson couldn't ignore him for future squads, second bigger clubs would come sniffing.
Leicesterpool Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Too early to be honest, but in future...? we'll see.
