If they don't beat Arsenal, he'll be under severe pressure. If they don't win in the Champions League mid week he may not see the arsenal game.

Great effort by Moses for Payet's goal, though.... Needed to shore things up at the back, bought a 20 year old from Belgium. An experienced centre back should have been priority over the summer. They've also never really replaced Cabaye, that should been another priority. I kind of feel they've strengthened, but not really in the areas they desperately needed to.
