Sharpe's Fox Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Idiot Villa do the idiot thing and give him a bargain release clause. Idiots.
ScouseFox Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 hope tim sherwood cries into his jellied eels the c unt
Soar Fox Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Why are people acting like Palace have signed Xavi or something? Cabaye was a complete flop at PSG Very good signing for a club like Palace. If he was going to a club like Arsenal or Man United I don't think people would be making such a deal about it.
Carl the Llama Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Does this mean Man City are no longer after Raheem? Would love that.
jammie82uk Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Does this mean Man City are no longer after Raheem? Would love that. not according to this posted about an hour ago Manchester City have contacted Liverpool and the two clubs are in dialogue over Raheem Sterling's future, Sky sources understand. City have already had two bids turned down for the England forward, with the last offer lodged in June thought to be worth around £40m. But Manchester City are understood to be renewing their efforts to sign the 20-year-old, who returned to training on Friday after a two-day absence, and the clubs have now entered into discussions over Sterling.
Stadt Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Liverpool should just cash in, there's no point keeping him if he's so unsettled
Soar Fox Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Liverpool should just cash in, there's no point keeping him if he's so unsettled Sky would absolutely love it if it went down to deadline day. Imagine the excitement of Jim White, whilst nobody else apart from Liverpool & Man City fans would care.

Fox92 Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Why are people acting like Palace have signed Xavi or something? Cabaye was a complete flop at PSG He was a star for Newcastle. Ask their fans I bet they would have taken him back in a heartbeat. Cabaye is a class signing for a club like Palace, I'd be over the moon if we'd have signed a player like that.
J.Lisemore Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Should of sold him a long time ago, hes just making Liverpool look silly. Mind you, the jokes on Man City if they are willing to part with 50m.
Fox92 Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Fabien Delph to Man City They're just signing him to sign an English player ala Rodwell. He'll not play for them, he's not good enough for them anyway.
Soar Fox Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Theraz bin a develurpmant in the ra-heeem stirlin transfer, manchester City have med a noo bid, ohver tee bryan Swanson It's just a shame that you don't get the 12 year old ****** standing behind the reporters now. Can anyone remember last summers transfer deadline day with that really weird young Leicester fan who looked really creepy.
Babylon Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Man City are desperate to get in as many english players as they can to fill up their home grown quotas etc. They have to pay silly english prices for those players!
Guest Col city fan Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Unfortunately what Delph to Man City will probably mean is another good English player, doing well for England, now destined to spend 50%of the season on the bench, then leaving to join Sunderland or Swansea in two years time. And by so doing, ending up looking half the player he was before he joined Man City. Not a cert, no, but likely.

Delph will join the list of wasted talent at Man city like Johnson, Sinclair, and Rodwell.

For me Walshy, it's part of the England problem. By no means the whole picture (England doing poorly in tournaments is much bigger than the likes of Delph joining Man City), but I don't think it can help. I could be wrong. He could go there, be an ever present and improve massively. But I doubt it.
MC Prussian Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Valon Behrami has successfully completed his medical at Watford. Now for the money part - the transfer fee's rumoured to be in the 2m Euro region (£1.4m). If he stays fit, a bargain for the Hornets. He'll always be a hero for this play here:
Wymsey Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Think Watford are 'panic buying' in terms of getting international quality in. Behrami is 30 and so, perhaps, he might be past his best. They need a Cambiasso-esque signing, someone who can actually manage those around themself.

Weren't Liverpool interested in him a season or 2 back?
