I like him, he's seems old-school without being a dinosaur banging on about pashun, running around, get stuck in, let em know you're there and all that Warnock/ Megson stuff. Apparently very detailed with his planning and preparation and very studious. A more energetic Paul Lambert without the brilliant, fantastic platitudes after a listless defeat at Hull.

Straight talking, no moaning about budgets or not being able to compete, no digging at other teams, no banging on about whatever the **** ball management was last season (NP and Dyche) Think he's good, and for me Norwich look the best set up of the three, some okay signings but kept a similar squad and some great young players there.
