purpleronnie Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 Does anyone know which book maker laid out odds of 500/1 on an Ostrich taking over? Got to be worth a tenner. Don't become a gambler DT.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 Bookies are super rich over this, they are loving every moment
st albans fox Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 £50 here and there will see the odds drop. A bit of movement in the market will draw in a few mug punters. It's not like it's a huge market with lots of interest. Most seem to think there is something in the markets Pearson at 1/10 to be sacked was massive because there was no real market to begin with. It appears as soon as we approach a representitive, the price tumbles (apart fr preki which was just bizarre)
Finnegan Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 All the these odds tell us is our board are immensely tight lipped.

Foreverfox Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 Personally I think "Randy Hairy" is the best choice
Craig Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 http://m.leicestermercury.co.uk/Leicester-City-Odds-Claudio-Ranieri-manager/story-26882794-detail/story.html ...while Paddy Power has Raniei as 4/7 and Ranieri as 7/4. Who the effing hell is Raniei?
Matt Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 Would he really represent an upgrade on NP? This is a question i'd like answering too, I guess it remains to be seen and we'll only know when/if he takes over but I have my doubts.

fox_favourite Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 All this "odds on favourite" stuff just means that the bookies definitely don't have a clue on anything that is happening. Just think who's been odds on the past week...thats proof enough! I'm just going to wait till its announced as I'm sick of this. Need a manager, and the right manager in soon. Times ticking...
Guest Lcfc82 Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 Would he really represent an upgrade on NP?Not for me, don't think he would be a good fit with our squad.
Webbo Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 Would he really represent an upgrade on NP? NP wasn't sacked for football reasons so it's irrelevant. Nige is gone and we need a new manager, someone's got to be appointed.
Matt Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 NP wasn't sacked for football reasons so it's irrelevant. Nige is gone and we need a new manager, someone's got to be appointed. Atleast make the appointment better than the previous person then, regardless if it was for footballing reasons or not, do not leave any doubt there. Now don't get me wrong any appointment isn't a given to successful, there is always an element of will he/won't he succeed but for me Ranieri or MON (Who I admit am/was coming round to the idea of) there is huge element of doubt lingering over them, for starters their age puts me off along with other reasons. I hear you asking who do I want? I don't know, I really don't. But the owners have made their bed and now they have to lie in it and deal with the potential consequences - which should we have a poor start could be catostrophic for them. On the flip side should we have a good start all will be forgotten but I think there is more risk than reward in the whole saga.

Matt Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 Would nigel Pearson be capable of managing chelsea I'll help every one out the answer begins with n Would Ranieri be capable of managing Chelsea now? Questionable. I know we're not Chelsea but you posed the question.
Carl the Llama Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 Would nigel Pearson be capable of managing chelsea I'll help every one out the answer begins with n That kind of racist language is uncalled for and frankly rather confusing.
