EverybodyDannsNow Posted 13 October 2015 Share Posted 13 October 2015 Lawrence been doing well for Blackburn and now Wales. He has a big future ahead and i hope it's with us, I remember how gutted some Man U fans were when they let him go, so I would hate for us to do the same. Let him stay at Blackburn for the season, and then let him loose in the Prem next season
Guest Posted 14 October 2015 Share Posted 14 October 2015 That's bad from Kasper, the second one is probably worse than the first. Let's hope he's back to his best on Saturday Let's hope we can sign Buffon

davieG Posted 14 October 2015 Share Posted 14 October 2015 Up to seven Leicester City stars could be heading out to Euro 2016 in France next summer after a hugely successful week of international matches across the continent. - Six Leicester City stars help their nations qualify for Euro 2016 - Kasper Schmeichel can make it seven next month if Denmark progress from the play-offs - Shinji Okazaki on the scoresheet for Japan in World Cup Qualifying - Riyad Mahrez and Jeffrey Schlupp in friendly action for Algeria and Ghana Up to seven Leicester City stars could be heading out to Euro 2016 in France next summer after a hugely successful week of international matches across the continent. Jamie Vardy(England),Christian Fuchs(Austria), Gökhan Inler (Switzerland), Andy King, Tom Lawrence (both Wales) and Andrej Kramarić (Croatia) have all helped their respective nations book a spot in the tournament, while Kasper Schmeichel’s Denmark face a play-off next month to confirm their place. image: http://www.lcfc.com/cms_images/player/vardy-16-9-pa-24417585280-2741464.jpg After coming off the bench to set up Raheem Sterling for England’s second goal in a 2-0 win over Estonia at Wembley, Vardy played the full 90 minutes in a 3-0 victory away to Lithuania on Monday night. It rounded off a perfect qualifying campaign for the Three Lions and has put the City striker firmly in Roy Hodgson’s thoughts for next summer’s squad. Also in England’s Group, Switzerland sealed their place in Euro 2016 as runners-up after a 7-0 win over San Marino and a late 1-0 win in Estonia. City midfielder Inler captained the Swiss to both victories. Few teams in qualifying for Euro 2016 have been more impressive than Fuchs’ Austria. The defender has captained the team to nine straight victories, including a 3-2 win in Montenegro and a 3-0 home victory over Liechtenstein this past week – rounding off an unbeaten qualifying campaign. Academy graduate King is in a strong position to go to France this summer after helping Wales reach their first major tournament since the 1958 World Cup. Along with City youngster Lawrence he was an unused substitute in the 2-0 defeat to Bosnia-Herzegovina that confirmed qualification. image: http://www.lcfc.com/cms_images/player/king-wales-396280-2738568.jpg Chris Coleman’s side followed that up with a 2-0 home win over Andorra – a match that saw Lawrence come on for his full international debut as a second half substitute. On Tuesday night City striker Kramarić helped Croatia secure second spot in their group and automatic Euro 2016 qualification in their group with a 1-0 win away to Malta. The forward came on as a second-half substitute in that match after having done the same in a 3-0 win over Bulgaria last week. Schmeichel played 90 minutes twice for Denmark during the international break. The first was in a narrow 1-0 defeat away to Portugal that saw them end their qualifying campaign in third place and in the play-offs. That was followed by a 2-1 home loss to Euro 2016 hosts France on Sunday night, with Schmeichel pulling off a number of key saves. In addition to the Euro 2016 progress, Shinji Okazaki’s Japan strengthened their 2018 World Cup qualifying hopes with an emphatic 3-0 win over Syria. The striker won the penalty for the opener in that match, before firing in Japan’s second. That three points moved them to the top of their qualifying group, before following it up with a 1-1 draw away to Iran – a game in which Okazaki came off the bench in the second half. image: http://www.lcfc.com/cms_images/player/okazaki-japan-16-9280-2667780.jpg After a blistering start to the domestic season, Riyad Mahrez travelled with Algeria for a double header of friendly matches against Guinea and Senegal. The midfielder started both matches and despite falling 2-1 to Guinea he helped the team bounce back with an impressive 1-0 win over Senegal on Tuesday. Jeffrey Schlupp was also in action for Ghana, who travelled to Washington DC for a friendly fixture with Canada. The defender played the full 90 minutes as his side battled to a 1-1 draw in preparation for upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixtures. In U21 European Championship Qualifying, Development Squad striker Simonas Stankevicius continued to pick up valuable experience with two 90-minute outings against the Republic of Ireland and Serbia. Didn't say it was, but haters are gonna hate. It's very much in contrast to the defense Vardy is getting despite doing virtually nothing in his two England starts. It's pretty obvious some 'fans' will berate Kasper at every opportunity and it's getting rather tedious.

Im not a person who will be biased to a player or berate a player but kasper has got a mistake or two in his locker no matter how well he plays or has been playing. I think we've seen that many a time tbh.

I think we've seen that many a time tbh. Who hasn't? Why should goalkeepers be exempt from making mistakes? For crying out loud, even Vardy missed a couple of sitters against Norwich. Does he get stick for that? I never said Kasper was flawless, but a selective bunch continuously feel compelled to criticise him at every given opporunity. TJB-fox Posted 14 October 2015 Share Posted 14 October 2015 Although schmeichel hasn't quite recaptured the form he was in during our 'run last year' I still firmly believe for the time being, we should stick with him. Even the very best in the division (Courtois, Cech, Hart) have all made mistakes this year costing their sides goals.
Lambert09 Posted 15 October 2015 Share Posted 15 October 2015 Something always has to be a problem, we can't seem to just enjoy this great squad. Kasper is definitely not our weakest link, we all know that's the right back slot. Kasper will play better when he is confident in his back line, I thought he was okay against Notwich though. He made some good decisions
