Chester Dontlie Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 Top notch, should be called up for Euros together with Vards
Webbo Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 Top drawer. Hope he never plays for England tbh. Unless he wants to then I hope all his dreams come true. Great player I reckon that's a given.
kingfox Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 The best transformation of a Leicester player ever? The days when he was shit and only passed backwards & sideways are long gone. The lad has been magnificent all season, controls most games, has great forward drive, picks out quality passes and puts in a shift defensively. I seriously believe if it wasn't for him & Kante we wouldn't be top, he fully deserves to go to the Euros.
Len Finsbury Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 He was that good, he managed to get Fuchs booked on his behalf I think Fuchs will make Drinky pay the fine that comes with a yellow card!
Bettsj2 Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 That was an unreal performance. So, so good. There is a serious problem if he isnt in the next England squad.
ScouseFox Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 big praise on motd again. his touch map was crazy. all four corners and everywhere in between!
Socks Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 MOTD raving about him. Has to go to France. He wont though. Woy loves dry bumming Jack too much
lgfualol Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 He wont though. Woy loves dry bumming Jack too much He'll pick Jack Wilshere if he's on crutches, over Drinkwater or anyone else just in case there is a miraculous recovery.
dylanlegend Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 He wont though. Woy loves dry bumming Jack too much I can't see who's better than him currently. Dier, Alli, Drinkwater should be ahead of all other English CM's
desertfox2 Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 If Woy picks Wilshere who hasn't even had a season over Drinky who has had a great season then all that picking players on merit has just gone out the window. Can't be age either as Drinky is only 2 years older than Wilshere. The only 1 thing that maybe you could have said about Drinky, if being extremely critical is he hadn't scored for the first half of season but even that's changed now. If we could get say the same amount of goals out of him as the champ winning season 8 goals he would be our scholes
Jimmy Lad Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 He really is our ScholesIf he could score regularly I'd agree. He models himself on Paul Scholes having grown up at Man Utd under him.

ARM1968 Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Maybe Woy will take Jack for a dip at Lourdes - cunning plan.
EnglishOxide Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Playing with Kante is improving his positioning, stamina and tackling.

kingfox Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Jack Wilshere is a big player for England, if he is fit then he has to go. Last few games he has played for England he's scored & received MOTM awards. Drinkwater deserves to go for sure, but at the expense of someone like Henderson or Milner. Wilshere(If fit), Drinkwater, Dier & Alli is who I'd pick right now.
dylanlegend Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 And he doesn't have a whole lot of experience from international matches at club or country which Wilshere has. Why are people mentionining Wilshere, if Wilshere is fit I'd take him, I wouldn't take Henderson or Delph though, these are the players DD should be ahead of, they really are pants and inconsistent
shen Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Henderson can be useful, Delph is too inconsistent and injury prone. Drinkwater on this form definitely deserves to be called up.

Always baffles me when people talk Jack Wilshire up. Just another over hyped Arsenal talent that's never fulfilled his potential that wouldn't even be talked about if he didn't wear an Arsenal shirt. Gibbs, Walcott and Ox exactly the same. What have any of them ever actually consistently done? If Drinky doesn't go to the Euros it will be tragic
trabuch Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 I am back from celebrating - but I have to say DD is outstanding. I won't be cheering England on at the Euros if he doesn't go.
