Gerard Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 Cant decide if great or shitpost I liked it. How did @@Sampson know that is what I'd like to know?
smiggy6773 Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 Drinks had a superb game last night!! He's been awesome this season
Dan Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 If Drinkwater displayed this kind of form for Spurs or Liverpool there would not even be a debate about him starting for England.
StanSP Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 Drinkwater is the only person who could hit a shot on the ground and have it end up in the top corner. Superb player.
Sampson Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 I liked it. How did @@Sampson know that is what I'd like to know? I've just been browsing through a lot of lists of old Yugoslavian footballers recently to see how their names translate.Or someone sent it to me.
Guest Electric Yetis Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 What did he come to blows with Schmeichel about during the game? They had to be seperated.
Fatbloke Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 What did he come to blows with Schmeichel about during the game? They had to be seperated. Did they ? didn`t see that, doesn`t sound very good though :-(
Guest Electric Yetis Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 Yeah just before we were about to defend a corner. It was more Schmeichel going at Drinkwater.
teblin Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Think it was because a few minutes earlier drinkwater had ran the length of the pitch to make a tackle. The ball went back to Kasper and he kicked it out for a throw. Drinky had a go.
st albans fox Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Think it was because a few minutes earlier drinkwater had ran the length of the pitch to make a tackle. The ball went back to Kasper and he kicked it out for a throw. Drinky had a go. That's exactly what it was. Seemed to play on his mind for a fair while afterwards. Either kasper was telling him to move on or DD decided he had to get it off his chest. Either way, he shouldn't really have dwelt on it.
GaelicFox Posted 4 March 2016 Posted 4 March 2016 Great little read http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3475445/Danny-Drinkwater-one-unsung-Leicester-superheroes-proving-points-teamwork.html
MurphyMagic Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 what a player. He just keeps getting better and better. Surely deserves an England call up.
Corky Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 Not every pass is accurate but he sets the tempo so much. Moves the ball quickly, tackles effectively, really impressive player.
WesMorganGod Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 Drinkwater was outstanding today!!! he was by far the best player. He totally controlled the game and won every 50/50. Terrific performance.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 MOTM today for me. Outstanding all round performance. Oozes class.
Fox 4 Life Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 If he doesn't get in the next England squad then it sums up how much of a shambles our national selection is! Class act
Sir Shep Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 Like Dan said, he'd be a shoe in if he played for one of the break away clubs or Spurs, it's an embarrassing state of affairs when England panders to the "elite".
HighPeakFox Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 He was that good, he managed to get Fuchs booked on his behalf
Guest BlueBrett Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 That passage of play when he won it near our corner flag and then surged up the wing doing about 4 one-twos with 3 different players ending i think in a chance for Vardy
Max Power Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 Top drawer. Hope he never plays for England tbh. Unless he wants to then I hope all his dreams come true. Great player
Sharpe's Fox Posted 5 March 2016 Posted 5 March 2016 Controlled the game and Watfords next game as well in all probability.
