Seeing as Ranieri prefers Mahrez out wide, there is perhaps an opportunity in the no.10 role when we play 4-2-3-1/4-4-1-1. Personally I don't think that's Schlupp's best position. Tom Lawrence has been in quite good form since being on loan at Blackburn and has supposedly attracted interest from some so called big clubs. Just wondering if it's worth introducing him into the first team once his loan has finished. Maybe a place on the bench in a few games.

Give him a couple of games in Jan, if it's not working then send him back out.

FA Cup games, give him a chance, if he is no better than what we have, then another loan until the end of the season, Valencia were interested at one point, probably because Phil Neville will know of him.

he has been ineffective from what we've seen of him so far at Leicester but by all accounts come on massively at Blackburn.

He's still probably not the quality we would like to play our No10 role so I'd be inclined to let him see the season out at Blackburn and reassess him next season.

If we have a rough December by all accounts bring him back in for a couple of games.. as i would assume we mix it up a bit if things don't go well and it would of meant Kramaric had a couple of games... but if we are still a top 5 side by the end of December then i think he would benefit more by staying out on loan... but i might be tempted to loan him out to a lowly prem team if they come  knocking...

He might end up at chelsea..  :D

He can't do much more than what he's doing at Blackburn at the minute, and that's impressing. Certainly gives us another option when he returns.

Had we been in the championship he'd have been playing for us. I think we've sent him on loan at that level to develop him just like Matty James, Drinkwater etc were taken on at that level and progressed before we came up to the premier league. I reckon he'll be in contention pretty soon. Probably next season if not for second half of this season

on what planet is he worth a chance over ulloa or okazaki because he's done alright in a few games for a bottom half champo team. bloody hell. get georgey taft back in for morgan too and maybe waghorn in for vardy i reckon chaps worth a chance

Can someone just remind me again why we can't give club legend and prolific scoring attacking midfielder Andy King a go in the number 10 role? Seems we've tried just about everybody else.

Agree with the last one, not sure about the other two.

Do you know what "worth a chance" means? I'm not saying he should walk into the team ffs, But what is this snobbery that because a player is doing excellently at Championship level he can't be good enough for the Premier League? I'd have hoped we'd have gotten over that now with all the criticism of Drinkwater, Morgan and Vardy last season writing them off as Championship players.

I think maybe this guy is 'worth a chance' in the number 10 role ahead of Tom Lawrence:

Just to stop any confusing, which one do you mean? The guy in the black coat, King or Mahrez? lol

That was much funnier when I misread it as "the guy in the black coat or King Mahrez?"

If Kramaric goes and we don't bring in a replacement then let's have him back. We can always loan him out again. He struck me last January as needing a goal to settle him down which might what a lot of players need but he seemed to be trying too hard. I'd like to see him rewarded with a few appearances in the cup/against dross in the league.

There's no reason why a player from any of the lower leagues cannot succeed in the Premiership. There's plenty of evidence to support this. We of all Clubs should know that with Vardy's rise from Non League.
