Apols if this has been said in this thread, but I find it pretty special that we’ve only conceded a maximum of 1 goal per game this season.

That’s incredible, and gives us a decent chance of winning football matches.

That one's finally gone tonight. Got to be honest Millwall (h) wasn't where I imagined we'd lose it though 😁

How many times in the past has City had 50+ points before Christmas? And they could have 60+ points by the start of the new year!

I'm guessing, with considerable confidence, 0.

Should we win our last 4 games of the year we'd be 4 points short of our total that got us into the play offs in 2012/13.

We still haven't dropped points to a team outside of Yorkshire.

This is pretty remarkable. Maybe we should be more worried about Rotherham on the 23rd than those Suffolkers on the 26th.

v Yorkshire teams P6 W2 D1 L3 Gd -1        Average pts 1.16

v Non-yrks teams P15 W15 D0 L0 Gd +30 Average pts 3

Hull and particularly Middlesbrough are both dubious for this, I always had Hull down as Humberside and Middlesbrough Teesside but both technically are Yorkshire. It's a mad stat.

I can barely even count Huddersfield either. We could pick an 11 from here and we'd beat Huddersfield. We just always do.

Yea this is really annoying. Bloody Millwall and losing the record in the 94th min is particularly annoying!

Hull are East Riding…. 100% Yorkshire

cleveland was a made up county that they got rid of 30 years ago

they’re Yorkshire

Yknow I've always thought Yorkshire should have independence and not be part of the English league system, remember when no-ones favourite flat cap wearers banged on about how they'd have finished 6th in the London Olympics

And Leeds win the league every year? Puke.

Vestergaard vs Millwall completed 150 passes in the 3-2 victory, just eight fewer than the Lions made as a team.

It might not be the most exhilarating for some, but it is football with a purpose and just the best way to play the game

53 was safe last season and we have 55. Just 😁

If Enzo goes to Forest to replace Copper and we see out the season with Alan Pardew as manager we'll still be okay

Isn't it slightly strange to say 37.5% of the teams in the Championship? Translated, that means City have now gained more points this season than the bottom 9 clubs did throughout the whole of last season. If the current average of 2.5 pts/game continues, we'll end up with 115 pts, and will almost certainly be in the top 4.1666667% teams in the Championship, or top, to put it into plain English.
