Almost feel bad for him (but not really). He's often said he despises the constant comparisons with his dad, and then he goes and wins the premier league for the first time in bizarrely similar circumstances (aged 29, Early May, win the title on a Monday night despite not playing, eventually top the table by 10 points), and now he goes and matches him with yet another record unique to those two for people to use as a comparison...

The first since Suarez (2012 v Norwich) to score back to back hat tricks v same opposition in PL; I guess this must be very rare. Suarez scored 3 hat tricks v Norwich, so hopefully Perez can do similar  v Southampton

The club as a whole is sitting in rarefied air in a couple of team ratings.  Whoscored like our numbers better than the leaders ?!?  >_<
