I think we are sticking with what we have as goals have not really been a problem this season.

Just in the last few games, but opponent teams have started closing the space between goalkeeper and full back on our counter attacks.

We have 14 more than Liverpool and they splashed out "names".

If we do sign it will be for the future. For the rest of season I think we'll try to hang on in up at the top and generate more possession to gain a few more creative opportunities with the talent we already have.

Carrillo is possibility for sure, 6 months left, offer a decent chunk of dollar and that could twist their arm. On a striker point of view i mean who could we sign, all the players we've been linked with are not going to be cheap and half way through the season those clubs are not going to want to sell their best players.

Surely Carillo is the most likely.

We seem to be linked to most of the players we buy from a long way out, so I would be surprised by a surprise.

He wants a striker. Carillo is very much a winger. A proper one as well, not a modern "forward" like Mahrez that likes playing on his opposite side to cut in.

Carillo runs really fast and crosses the ball. He looks fairly tidy at it but he's not a centre forward.

Does it depend which of the three youtube videos you watch as to what position you think he plays?

The outcome of this thread could define our season. Season could go in many ways depending on this

If Danny Welbeck fit I'd like him. Either Loan or perm

Arsenal would never trade with another competitor

Too slow these days. No burst left.

My bad mate I haven't seen him play recently

If we could get him on the cheap with reduced wages, perhaps.

they got him for 4.1 lets offer 7 to tempt him away.

lol They got him so low because he's paid about a billion pounds a week.

I don't know - I've just read a report saying we're among the 30 richest club's in the world and could be among the top 20 within a year! :D

The mind boggles what we'll be worth if we start scoring some goals - or even get a support centre-forward!
