Captain... Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 Draw no brainier, two title rivals dropping points better than 1.
foxes21 Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 Arsenal Win because they will still mess up to some muck team
foxes_rule1978 Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 Draw no brainier, two title rivals dropping points better than 1. At the same time, if we win then actually an Arsenal win means we go 6 clear... also an Arsenal win means even if we draw against Watford we are 4 clear, or lose and we still maintain a 3 point gap
Carl the Llama Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 Draw no brainier, two title rivals dropping points better than 1. Earlier in the season and this would be my answer but at this stage I feel it's more important to maximise the distance to 2nd place and in this case that means Arsenal winning.
Mark_w Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 Who the **** has voted Spuds? What the ****? Someone's been reading the bizarre 'would 2nd place be better' threads from the Championship title season.
Donut Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 Arsenal win, to maintain the biggest gap over 2nd place possible.
filbertstreet Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 I hope arsenal get points deducted for ozil's face and spurs get points deducted for harry kane's face
foxfanazer Posted 2 March 2016 Posted 2 March 2016 I hope arsenal get points deducted for ozil's face and spurs get points deducted for harry kane's faceWhat about King though?
Harry - LCFC Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Not sure, I only know that I don't want Spurs to win.
Benguin Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Think spurs will win. I voted draw on the basis that 2 points lost for anyone who is close is better than 3 points gained. If a team had to win I'd like it to be the arse as hopefully they'll bottle towards the end and a bit of a pasting for spurs and two losses on the trot might knock their confidence. Ultimately though as long as we win I don't mind too much. We have a lead and keeping it on others performance is far less satisfying then keeping it on our own performances. (Although after writing that I am now thinking of how satisfied I am by Woolwich's and spuds losses tonight!)
Bryn Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Draw and a point disappears into the ether. Has to be a draw.
Gerard Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Anything but a Tottenham win is absolutely fine. Â Imagine if they don't and we have an opportunity to go 5 or 6 points clear on Saturday evening.Â
Wizerud Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Would rather have an Arsenal win even though three points are being handed out instead of two. Let Spurs and Arsenal trip over each other. When all's said and done, Spurs still look more a threat than Arsenal do. So a losing run for them might dent their confidence a bit. We all know Arsenal will fuch it up all by themselves. Â I'd only take the draw if we were to not win. Â For all the "mind games" and nervous talk we sure looked a hell of a lot more composed, hungry and energetic than any of the other challengers did this midweek.
FireFox Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Doesn't matter. Both are bottlers. I'm honestly most worried about Man U's youth team to make a late title run.
SpinneyHillRanger Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 5-0 to Arsenal would be nice, with a couple of red cards and a few broken bones on both sides  Arsenal could even celebrate their win with a team selfie.... and then go on a massive losing streak.... specialist in failures.... whole bunch of spineless little cry babies
biggs Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Arsenal 5 nil combined with a Leicester hammering of Watford will do just fine
Guest Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Arsenal win or draw. Not too fussed either way. 2 teams with dropped points is possibly optimal but Arsenal winning would mean whatever we get (if anything) against Watford pushes us further clear.Â
AyewJoking Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 (early kick off) if arsenal win both they and spurs will be 3 points behind us.  ( evening kick off) if we beat watford we'll be 6 points ahead of both of them  even if we lose against watford we will still be 3 points ahead of both with another game gone.  so an arsenal win  would take the pressure off going into the watford game.
Guest ttfn Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 We're just doing the ultimate fantasy, we're all doing it.
HighPeakFox Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Seriously, an Arsenal win, but a draw will not upset me. More importantly, want to see a Foxes win at Watford. Â Less seriously, a bomb to drop on a stadium full of London-based willy pullers.
yorkie1999 Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 Want arsenal to turn the screw on spurs. 2 losses on the trot will dent their confidence.
