But so is verratti. If I had to guess who got sent off for PSG it'd have been him.

In this instance I would say no! We've been dealt an extremely easy group but after out performance at the weekend that could have happened to us if we played one of Europe's elite in our group. Look what Barca did to us in 45 minutes in pre-season!

Celtic obviously crap at the back, were certainly missing Leigh Griffiths who would've made Barca's defence to work harder.

I think a major issue here is Celtic's lack of playing against quality opposition on a regular basis, as opposed to Leicester. The SPL is a bit of a farce from their perspective and they have little to no resistance. Enter Barcelona and they're completely off the rails.

 

I mean, they had to beat a Kazakh (!) club to qualify for the Champions League group stages...

Teams like Celtic and Rostov shouldn't be anywhere near this. How dare they qualify?

 

What we need is more English, Italian, Spanish and German. On top of that we also need wildcards so team like Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool, Inter and AC Milan if/when they fail to finish high enough in their league. Or even make it a closed shop so the same 31 teams getting in with one team to be elected entry by fans using a Twitter/Facebook poll.

Actually it was an Israeli side.

Barcelona has ripped apart other teams than Celtic. When they feel like it, they can beat anybody by 5-0.

Mentioning Astana was there to show what type of opposition Celtic had to overcome to get where they are.

No, he said that Celtic had to beat a Kazakh team to get to the CL group stage, which is not true.
