foxes21 Posted 18 October 2016 Posted 18 October 2016 typical spurs, constantly passing it backwards and sideways to their center backs. How boring, it's like watching England.
purpleronnie Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 Still pissed off Porto ended up winning. Opens the group up again, especially with 2 of our hardest games yet to come.

We are as good as through now I can't see Copenhagen and Porto both doing enough to make up a 5 point gap even if we inexplicably lost to Brugge, which I'm sure we wont, but we want to top the group don't we, proper in the firing line if we finish 2nd.
kingcarr21 Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 Europa is guaranteed so nice to know we will still be continuing our European tour going into 2017. For me top 2 is already secure cant see us slipping up now. This Champions League lark is a piece of piss
KrefelderFox666 Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 If we win one of the last 3 games then we are guaranteed a top 2 finish. 4 more points and we should be in line for a First place finish.
Fox92 Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 Barcelona v Manchester City is on showcase tonight so free for all us non BT subscribers.
Corky Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 Looks like Sevilla might not win the Europa League this year then.

Really looking forward to this one. Just hope all the expectation of it being a potential classic doesn't result in another Liverpool v Man Utd 0-0 bore fest!
bovril Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 Hmm not a good start. Nice goal by Sanchez though.
Izzy Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 That Messi blokes quite handy ain't he? Like the ball is attached to his boot laces sometimes.
Koke Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 The technical ability on display tonight is an absolute world away from what we were watching last night from both teams. Umtiti and Pique are playing one twos in their own box. Our centre backs can't even pass 5 yards
Phube Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 If (when) Man City lose this game, that'll be 4 games without a win... Including 'easy' games verses Celtic and Everton.

I'm also hoping (Praying) the Man Utd fan who's been trying to wind me up in the past few weeks about our league form is going to get his comuppance in the coming weeks with Chelsea, Man City, Fenerbache (Away) and Arsenal coming up Sorry to mention Man Utd in this thread considering they're not even in the CL and i'm talking about their league fixtures, but just replying about a (hopefully) 'crisis' building at these top clubs!
Izzy Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 Arsenal cruising at 4-0 and looking good. At least we can't draw them in the round of 16
trabuch Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 There's some dreadful play in this Barca v Man City match. I'm glad we don't try and pass it out from the back.
Guest Col city fan Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 The binning of Joe Hart to be replaced by the 'footballing' Bravo is actually making Pep look a tit!
MC Prussian Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 Claudio. Bravo! What a move - seldomly seen outside the keeper's area. He's perfected handling the ball so it resembles an art form.
Izzy Posted 19 October 2016 Posted 19 October 2016 Just stuck a tenner on Barca in play to win 5-0 at 13/1. Just watch Man City go and score now
