st albans fox Posted 5 June 2016 Posted 5 June 2016 Would love to think that he is having second thoughts but I imagine this overnight delay will help him explain what a tough decision it was to go to arsenal and save some of the 'you've only gone for the money' accusations that he has coming. How torn he was between the bond he has with the players and fans here but the chance to play for one of the worlds top clubs at this stage in his career was too big an opportunity to turn down. blah blah blah

Vardy is in wengers office as we speak with a pen in his hand making ridiculous delaying demands to an increasingly frustrated wenger that he only signs in Peruvian elks blood and that it has to come from Peru within the last 24 hours and that its not eaten or drank anything since its left Peru and then bled in front of him. Once we've nailed our target he will get a call from Ranieri, he'll then throw the pen down, state, 'changed mind' and wonder out whistling 'there maybe trouble ahead'.

(Cos by staying, he has missed out on a 10 mill s/o fee with arsenal and by next summer, he will only be worth 20mill, not 30). Will all of you get your knickers in a twist with Rudkin next June when he goes to chelski for 10m?

Leicesterpool Posted 5 June 2016 Posted 5 June 2016 Timing wise I bet its frustrating Vardy, they've had all this time to approach Vardy and they leave till almost two days before he leaves with the team for France. This is sort of rushing him into a decision. We just got to hope that Vardy puts his full mind on the tournament and save all the paper work and stay with the foxes.
