I think that means Arsenal asked him to let them know his decision before he was to board the plane. Obviously he didn't. Arsenal did not ask him not to let them know.

Now we have to work out why he didn't let them know. Was it to p1ss them off or was it to let Leicester down gently or was it to let Arsenal down gently or was it just to p1ss everyone off?

To piss everyone off hopefully.

Look at Wilsheres face, he looks completely mugged off lol

If he does a U turn then Vardz may have single handedly shattered the Arsenal squads fragile confidence already. We should tap up Alexis Sanchez just to stick the boot in lol

A few simple guidelines to help unclutter the Transfer forum during this busy period, as well as reduce the annoyance factor.

 

[1] No rumours to be posted from the Football-Rumours website.

 

[2] If there's a player you think we should sign, stick it in the Who do you want? topic.

 

[3] TWITTER - if it's a respected source (Broadsheet journalist etc) then you may open a thread on a player, otherwise stick it in Twitter Rumours.

 

And obviously all posters please refrain from wind-ups, false announcement's of player signings, and transfer rumours without suitable links.

 

 

And just to add

 

 

[4] Posters who continually go off topic, post meaningless bollocks and pick petty arguments will be muted from the transfer talk section til the window shuts.

I hope no-one has been posting any meaningless bollocks in this thread.

Mark is well aware that when meltdown mode kicks in, there's really very little that can be done. People are going to post drivel regardless.

The advertising money will be going bonkers at least.

I suppose we just want to be the first to break or discover the decision one way or the other.

Mark should introduce a "pay per post" policy when FT goes into meltdown! Or restrict people to a maximum of five posts a day!

That would be fine for me because I rarely post more than that, but for the rest of you who understand the difference between a social media message and a 500-word diatribe it would be horribly unfair.

What a great day if he stays. Will be sending a strong message to the league about how serious this club is, will be the massive cherry on the top. Just need a few extra helpings of cream by the end of the transfer window and it will top of another epic period in this club's history.
