I know people are scared of doing a Portsmouth etc but if we put 11 players on 120k a week and the the other 14 on 60K a week it would only total 112m a year which is less than we will get from tv rights alone. We clearly wouldn't be paying salaries anything like that to the majority of the squad.

If he wanted to go he would definitely have got it dealt with before the Euros, to go on with a clear head. It seems to me he's waiting for our offer, and will inevitably accept, and be a hero.

YAY! For the purposes of stats at the tournament players are always classed as being from the team they were at last season, so even if he goes, there's still a Leicester player in the England squad.

For what it's worth I take everything I hear with a pinch of salt as I don't think anyone really knows what's going on and people are looking at the best rumours and trying to fill in the gaps but this did seem to come from someone who might have heard something.

The country of your birth and residence is playing other countries around Europe in France and you would only care about it if a Leicester player is playing?
