The very real possibility remains that he will comfortably score less than 5 goals for us this season. I ask his supporters to tell me when and how he scores more in this team? We're better than him.
kingpowerout Posted 27 August 2016 Posted 27 August 2016 We're now at the stage where any new signing would be bought because they enhance what we already have...don't know much about him...can any followers of the Portuguese League explain what he'll bring to the party? P.S. I understand why people defend Ulloa, he's been a good servant, but he's not top half of the prem/Champions League quality
norwichfox Posted 27 August 2016 Posted 27 August 2016 Hmmm...shades of Arsenal celebrating their new signing of Mahrez, belive it if LCFC announce it, not on this basis
simon789us Posted 27 August 2016 Posted 27 August 2016 Won't be announced until at least Monday he's not been spotted in morrisons yet

If you aren't melting down on the internet about a signing linked through a foreign newspaper you aren't serious about football imo.

Leo is no world beater but he is a very useful squad player who puts himself about and defends corners better then most of our players. He is a useful player to have around when we are hanging on to a narrow win. You are probably right, we are better then Leo but we wont find many better squad players then him who would come here to barely sit on the bench. Shinji will probably fail to score more then 5 goals but what he brings to the team is staggering. As long as we score I don't care who gets the goals, its a team game and Leo is a team player.

What's he ever done? Works his socks off everytime he steps onto the pitch, he's no world beater but his teamwork is phenomenal and our whole game is based on that trait. Having said that, if somebody came in with a decent bid I'd sell him but I'm also happy for him to remain a Leicester player.
HighPeakFox Posted 27 August 2016 Posted 27 August 2016 I have to say that on the little I've seen this season Leo has looked relaxed confident and his touch much improved.
