It's €30m so about £26m. We bid £30m for Deeney & for me Slimani is a lot better than Deeney so why not splash the cash?

Silmani is a massive gamble though, he's already quite old and has only performed in a league which is notorious for producing frauds. While the Deeney valuation was ridiculous, it at least had more logic. He was in the same league so will always be more expensive, homegrown and has proven himself at this level. We also don't need another striker anyway unless Leo is going.

I think we do need another striker as we start with 2 and use 2 from the bench most games which we wont be able to do if one of them gets an injury or suspension.

You're right we probably don't need another striker, we need maybe 2 or 3 while keeping Leo. People are saying this will pave the way for Leo to go? I hope not. We might have a chance of playing possibly 60 games this season with a good run in the cups and perhaps a Europa League swansong to fall upon on.

Vardy, Slimani, Ulloa, Okazaki, Mussa that's all we'd really have? I'd like to see an extra striker on top of that to give us 3 options of 2 pair. How people think going into a massive campaign with 4 strikers is beyond me. You pick up a couple of injuries and you're left with 2! In fact, I'd like 7 strikers in an ideal world this season...

Saturday, the Spanish newspaper Kass confirmed that Leicester City Club England reached an agreement with the national team striker Islam Slimani

Provides for the transmission of the latter to the English champions last season and the same paper indicated that the value of the deal has reached the limits of 25 million euros

This will be a graduate Belouizdad school tomorrow in the city of Leicester for a test folding and complete his move to play next to teammate Riad Mehrez

Portugal Sporting lost the second of its stars. The extreme Islam Slimani signed with Leicester. The agreement between the two clubs is 30 million, five more than the amount offered by the West Bromwich Albion . The player was aware that if he bid for that amount, he would be allowed to leave Portugal.

The Portuguese team is in the group of Champions Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund with Legia Warsaw . The Portuguese let out one of his important after the departure of Joao Inter Mário men.

Slimani , 28 , has scored 29 goals in the 43 games he played in the 2015/16 season with Sporting Portugal.

The fact that his head is glowing like a light bulb suggests it's been done in Deluxe Paint on the Amiga. They have done a great job with the Pop Eye triceps though, obviously moved muscle from the biceps for this one by the looks of it...

Hmm, I guess you could make the argument, I think other areas need to be addressed beforehand though. But this signing would be a marquee player and you'd have serious issues with balancing out playing time between the 5 of them, Ulloa already reportedly disappointed with his playing time. I think if we're to sign another striker it should be someone a bit raw and for the future rather than a 30 million marquee signing.

Feels like a panic buy to me. We've already seen how loose we look without Shinji. Leo is as good a rotation player you're going to get without moaning constantly and Musa at £16 is barely getting a look in and surely can't be considered a long term winger given the shift Albrighton puts in.

Can only assume Leo is off which is gutting and loses us a certain type of player we lack.

We have been linked with this guy for about three consecutive transfer windows so I doubt it's a panic buy.

Your feeling is wrong.

We've been trailing this guy for around 2 years.
