Other than the possibility of slimani do we have any portugues speaking players?

Ricardo has left his Portugese Dictionary back in 2011.

I have it on good authority that Jeff can.

I honesty know nothing about him. Can someone give me a in depth analysis about him? From his YouTube video he looks technically blessed. Is he more of a Kante type midfielder or more a Drinky type of player?

He is best as an attacking central midfielder, and he has a serious engine on him, never stops running. As you mention he is blessed with technical skill, has a few tricks on him as well. Great passing and likes to shoot from range (for good reason, he has a great shot on him) and is a superb penalty taker, I can't find his record but people talk as though he's never missed one. More similar to Drinks than Kante, but I think of him more as a huge upgrade on Kingy. I don't see any reason why he and Drinkwater couldn't play in a 2, although I still want to see us try 433.

Kasper speaks Portuguese.

It isnt that different from Spanish is it. So he could communicate with Hernandez.

Not unless any of the learned it in their own time, or grew up in Portugal. Their nationalities suggest we don't have any Portuguese speakers, we have a real mix of nationalities already though, and it hasn't done us any harm yet.

EDIT: Kasper went to school, and started youth football, in Portugal whilst his dad played for Sporting. So I guess he can speak Portuguese to a reasonable level.

read this lads , he sounds class.

A box-to-box midfielder, Silva is known for his passing and dribbling skills. He told Portuguese football publicationRecord in July 2012 that he prefers to play as a ‘number 10.’

He is actually able to link defence with attack at pace due to the timing of him releasing the ball to the wider or more advanced players.

He was born in France so I presume he speaks French as would Slimani.

His mother is French and he was born and raised in France. His dad is Portuguese, so he speaks both French and Portuguese fluently.

Jeff speaks 5 languages !

Only problem is he struggles to seperate them

It's also worth remembering that CR has managed world class players from a host of different countries - I doubt language will be much of a problem.
