fazzyfox Posted 26 September 2016 Posted 26 September 2016 It was initially an ankle injury but after sticking him in the chilled recuperation room for too long he's now suffering from frost bite
Guest Col city fan Posted 26 September 2016 Posted 26 September 2016 Really hope this bloke ain't a sick note. That's the last thing we need at the moment.
lcfcrinaldi Posted 26 September 2016 Posted 26 September 2016 Pretty sure it said on Radio Leicester on the way to work, that he's not quite ready, but may be back for our next league game, or the one after that... Vague stuff from Radio Leicester.
LcFc_Smiv Posted 26 September 2016 Posted 26 September 2016 Each injury is individual, every player is different. If you want to rush him back you'll be happy with us having injury rates similar to Arsenal. He will be back when deemed ready by the medical staff.
shen Posted 27 September 2016 Posted 27 September 2016 Hopefully he won't turn into another Elvis Hammond (ankle).
weller54 Posted 27 September 2016 Posted 27 September 2016 O Mendy.. You came and got crocked without playing.. We've spunked millions away.. Just saying!..

foxy boxing Posted 27 September 2016 Posted 27 September 2016 the question is will it make a difference when he does return?
Blizzard Posted 27 September 2016 Author Posted 27 September 2016 To Crazy Leicester, there is nothing as simple as a broken leg, there are all sorts of breaks. People heal differently, all at different rates. I am currently recovering from a broken leg, it was a bad break. 6 months on and I still can't run on it. I know all about injuries........ Anyone recovering from a serious break in a few months is lucky....and after that to get match fit would take a long time. All I am saying is that his leg could be weakened if there was a lot of ligament damage. Obviously no one actually has any real information regarding the injury, otherwise someone would have detailed more......

foxy boxing Posted 13 October 2016 Posted 13 October 2016 Mendy is seriously ankling for a return to the first team.

st albans fox Posted 13 October 2016 Posted 13 October 2016 Who was the guy from Leeds who was good but never fit - jones?? Beginning to remind me of him - always going to be fit but never gets there. Loads of ability but never fulfilled.
Fox 4 Life Posted 13 October 2016 Posted 13 October 2016 He played 110 times for Nice in the past 3 years so not historically injury prone but this is a bit concerning. This year is seriously showing how lucky we were with injuries last season, if Kante would have gone down would we have won the league? All if's and but's so who cares but interesting.
Stevosevic Posted 13 October 2016 Posted 13 October 2016 not working out too well this one. We could have actually used having Inler this season - with hindsight of course.

Absolute shambles.
