Completely disgusted.

I've never been so disappointed, outraged and disgusted by football in my life.

I've seen teams dive, I've seen referees like the whistle, I've seen time wasting and gamesmanship.

I never thought I'd see officials make the game a non contact sport. Without doubt that was the most offensive display I've ever seen from the man in the middle. To the extent I genuinely struggled to enjoy a lot of what should have been an incredible occasion.

Fans were great, players were great, can't fault any aspect of Leicester City tonight. But given that's one of UEFAs favourite refs, if that's their vision for the future of the game then I'm taking up Rugby League.

You weren't at Filbert St for the Madrid game were you? Nothing will ever be worse than that.

I stopped being angry and started laughing after half an hour.

Haven't had that good a laugh at the football for ages.

Respectfully, Finners - don't take up Rugby League.

I agree to a slight extent but we made a lot of clumsy fouls tonight. The difference is that in the prem, players will get fouled and not go down. Porto went down under every challenge because the portugese game is so less physical than ours. Cant say i agree with it but if you push someone in the back and they go down, youre giving the ref an excuse.

My critique of the officials tonight would be not the decisions they made, but that they clearly at no point said to Wes and their captain that both teams needed to calm down.

I was, yes, but I don't count that frankly because I believe completely that that was fixed. I felt cheated. Gary Parker getting sent off for taking a quick free kick still sets me off ranting.

But this was something else entirely. This wasn't one man against Leicester. This was one man against the sport.

We've seen some appalling referees in our time (Jon Moss) but that was the most ridiculous set of officials ever. What the **** was that ref doing.

With European football comes European referees, unfortunately officiating, just like the play, has different cultures throughout the world. At least unlike the Madrid game, he was equally terrible for both sides.

Every time any of lads went within a metre of a Porto player, they collapsed to the floor. Pathetic!

That and the fact that 10 of them completely surrounded the referee and looked like they were balling their eyes out after every decision.

Just shows how the culture is beginning to change in the English leagues. And thank f**k for that.

He was poor but the players including ours on some occasions were diving around and that made the game really niggly. What did get on my nerves is that he seemed to give absolutely everything against Huth and Morgan when we had a set piece almost to negate them. One or two were warranted but most werent. The good news is we were back to our old tricks slinging them around in the peno box and could have given a peno away late on through Fuchs.

I have seen worse refs and it wasnt a beautiful game of football today but thankfully we had as many decisions go for us than against us so I wont have a pop at him too much, especially as we won the game.

I'm amazed we ended up with 11 men, but he did seem to ease off in the secind half. Some of our fouls were cynical and we need to learn not to give into the play acting but all part of the learning curve

had a read about him the other day and went large on booking points. still wouldn't buy him a pint if I ever met him

To be fair to him he calmed down towards the end but he was bloody terrible .

Correction, we stopped trying to breath on them for fear of giving away a foul. An absolute abomination of a performance.

Not the best referee thats for sure. Same for both teams though and we won so hey!

Not the same at all, he couldn't tell the difference between a foul and someone just launching themselves to the ground. Of which they did mostly the latter.

Simulation should be picked up post match by video review and the simulator retrospectively banned.

It would end pretty quickly.
