How much does it affect you?

Does the Leicester result have an affect on how you feel for the rest of the week? For example, if we win I feel much better on a Monday morning and feel in a much better mood for the rest of the week.

How much does it mean? :claudio:

I get angry, then i can't eat my tea, then i get angry at work when colleagues mention that we lost and smirk.  Then i get angry again when i watch MOTD, then i get angry at peoples idiotic comments on Foxestalk...Then we go and win the next game and we are world beaters again!  Standard.

It's worse now. Previously when we lost, people half expected it so the football fans you knew weren't too bad. After last season, we propelled ourselves to a position where we were noticed. People take the piss when we lose. Even the casual fans or people who aren't even interested in football knew what was happening last season, so now they ask what went wrong when we lose. When your a mid table team you can keep your head down, now we've had success, you can't escape a defeat.

I used to go home. Swear at my parents and spend the next 48 hours in a shit mood.

I have now moved out. Got married and had kids.

But I've just buried the wife at the bottom of the garden under the left over Chinese to hopefully mix up the smell.

So what do you think.

Knowing that I'll get hammered at work is the worst thing. I've pretty much run out of comebacks to the 'worst champions ever' piss-taking every week. All I've got left is 'at least we're champions until May' and that just sounds apologetic. Got to take my medicine I guess as I was laying it on thick all year last year. The problem is that everyone knows how much it winds me up.

Hell of a lot less that it used to, not worth it, games like today happen to every club. We are no different to any of the others.

Aboutvsums it up for me too.

Pre- kids I would mull this over all week and be more miserable than normal.

Today I can't believe we lost but I just thought back to Bocelli and the Everton game and everything seemed nice again!!!

I guess if it has to be , I would rather be the worst champions ever than not to be at all.

If we play well and lose, I am mardy, but if we play like today and lose, foul mood for the rest of the day isn't the word.

Over it by tomorrow after I get reminded it's just a game.

The one thing that annoys me is when footballers say defeats hurt them, bet still getting paid vast amounts helps ease it though, if it hurts try harder than today.

That's my other line! Wearing a bit thin now though.
