Never seen him play to be fair but from reading what the "experts" have said nah move on, not many Italian players apart from a select few turn it on in the Premier league especially defenders.Seria A is soooo slow to the lightning pace of the Premer League is a massive adjustment & at 28 nah not happening. Inler adapted well tho after years in Italy didnt he?

Sassuolo defender Francesco Acerbi is the subject of a reported €10m offer from Olympique Marseille.

According to Tuttomercatoweb and whispers in France, the Ligue 1 club has set its sights firmly on the centre-back.

Marseille Coach Rudi Garcia, formerly of Roma, had the opportunity to see Acerbi at work in Serie A.

The offer is expected to be over €10m, which would be difficult for Sassuolo to turn down.

Acerbi has also been linked with clubs in Germany and England over the last couple of weeks, above all Leicester City.

He turns 29 next month and is only under contract with the Neroverdi until June 2018.

But Marseille have since been taken over by an American billionaire. They are reportedly set to bid big money for Payet. They are a completely different financial force to what they were 12 months ago.

Walk away let Marseille pay €15m, he's not worth it IMO. Nastasic is worth paying €20m for  - quicker, more physical and has played in three top leagues (PL, Serie A and Bundesliga)

Feel like the club (maybe Ranieri Driven) really wants an italian.
