Charl91 Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 Albrighton is 100x better on the right. Gray is a danger in the left. I think Mahrez in the middle is fine - he's not going to be running at people as much, but it means our passing play is much more fluid.
Will1981 Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 just shows how much more dangerous we are when we play are best crosser in the correct position.
sm1 Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 Look great going forward, a little suspect in defence. Credit to Simpson, has made two goal saving tackles already.

His record speaks for itself, play to his strength and suddenly he scores. People who thought he was trash clearly don't understand the game of football or how to utilise players to get the best out of them.
potter3 Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 Feels like the ref had money on Payet to score
LAprice_ Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 I'm surprised Robert Huth didn't get sent off. It was a great tackle.
DelBoy73 Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 Great first half from the lads. CR finaly set us up in a 4-5-1 system i always wanted to see us try. But that ref is doing his very best to fook us sideways. Please don't touch Payet next half, or i swear even the slightest stare from the eyes will be enough to have us down to ten men...
Vacamion Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 After 30 mins we could have been 3 or 4 up. West Ham will be kicking themselves they haven't scored at least one, there, though. Need to see a bit more from Mahrez, who (and I gasped) actually miscontrolled a ball pinged up to him. Kasper's distribution could improve a tad, too. Good to see Albrighton being effective at both ends. Hold onto your hats, all three results are still well possible. COYB
Dr The Singh Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 West ham look dangerous, can we keep a clean sheet is the question?

Fox 4 Life Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 That cross from Albrighton for the goal was utter filth
SecretPro Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 Just now, Webbo said: He was crap against Everton and that's a fact. Yup, because nobody put any balls in the box. Slimani is not technically gifted, we knew this when we bought him, doesn't make him shit at all, just means you have to play to his strengths. Low and behold we do that today and it works. You cant expect Slimani to work any wonders unless you are playing with width and swinging balls in. Anyone that finds that difficult to understand and thinks Slimani is shit is a moron. That is a fact.
Guest Col city fan Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 Whatever the outcome of this afternoon's game, I hope all those who have been stating Slimani is shite, all week, now feel like utter fookin berks. 45 mins of football that shows, given the supply, he can score. I was worried he might be isolated today, but we've been getting forward so quickly, its worked really well. Big 45 looming up.
KingKoala Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 I want to see Gray and Albrighton to overrun their SBs and put more grounder cross to Slim or Mahrez.
Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 Let's get another early and knock the stuffing out of WH united

That is a fact. The problem was he was putting no effort in against Everton, no linking up play, no holding up or even basic things like running for the ball. That's why people said he was shit. Today he's done all of those. He should do that every game not pick and choose.
Suffolk_fox Posted 31 December 2016 Posted 31 December 2016 BTW, what is it with the sh*t HT music on Foxes Player?

You could say the same for much of the team all season long, especially in fact Jamie Vardy who offered nothing until his Hatrick game and barely a word was said. People have some strange axes to grind is all I'm saying.
