Those two late goals at United will still be fresh in their mind, while our solid fought win against West Ham should spur us to go and get an early goal or two before controlling the game and seeing it out.

Same team if all are fit I recon.

Time to put a show on for Sky cameras after some abysmal ones so far this season...Don't get some of the negativity around here re this....yes it will be a competitive game but despite our at best indifferent campaign so far we are still 2 points and one place above Boro .....They are no better than us so 3-1 to the Foxes

wait are Mahrez, Slimani & Amartey available for this game?

Yeah the tournament doesn't start till the 14th and I can't see them leaving before tomorrow....

Jeff will be off too probably for Ghana?

Hope N'Didi knows what he'll be walking into!

With less than 48 hours between the games, I reckon Claudio might make a few changes to freshen it up an reduce the risk of picking up injuries - guessing there are some tired legs after the battle on New Year's eve.

Although Chilwell and Albrighton were stand out players vs West Ham, I can see them being rested with Fuchs and Shinji as replacements (Mahrez reverting to the wing).

Been a while since I was this excited the night before a game...

I try not to get my hopes up, but I do think a positive outcome is quite possible!

Saturday was good, we dug in and fought in the second half but I just can't feel upbeat about any game at the moment.

Our form very nearly reads like win one, draw one, lose two.

I am not excited about games at the moment either. We seem to start well and then if either we are winning our we go behind we revert to 4-4-2 and defending deeply. I'd much rather we attacked throughout the match, taking the game to the opposition and hassling them, rather than damage limitation.

it's not pretty, but isn't there a stat saying we've won all the games we've scored first in, so that would suggest defending deeply when winning is the way to go?

It isn't pretty and doesn't do my blood pressure any good!

but with the state of the defense at the moment, surging forward isn't any less terrifying! results > performances for now, we can think about pretty football once we are comfortable mid table (if we do get there)

I'm hoping for a similar performance to Saturday with same team and formation, need to carry it on through 90 mins though. We looked good early on against both Everton and West Ham. I'd take a 1-1 here but obviously hoping for a win. We walk it if Mahrez can put a good shift in for us.

Personally I'm concerned about Adama Traore today. He tore Utd's defence apart several times on Saturday. Not the best final product from what I've seen but his pace and direct style could cause our (worryingly slow at times) defence problems

Leicester City will have their Ghanaian defender Daniel Amartey available today when they travel to face Middlesbrough in their English Premier League game after being cleared by the Ghana Football Association.

According to FIFA laws, Leicester should have released the player 14 days to the start of the tournament in Gabon which fell on New Year’s Day.

We cant do this thing today, whereby we play with real gusto for 30 mins and then start sitting back again. We did it against the spammers and it almost cost us.

If we play on the front foot, lets stay on the front foot.

Keep Albrighton on the right. Don't give Negredo loads of space.

Press and close down and pressure, don't play this stupid standing off game.

Do all that and we'll be fine.
