Tuna Posted 3 January 2017 Posted 3 January 2017 Seems very abrupt and out of the blue. Who next? Pardew? Woy? Rowett? Bob Bradley?
urban.spaceman Posted 3 January 2017 Posted 3 January 2017 That's Pearson back in work then. Unfinished business there methinks!

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 3 January 2017 Posted 3 January 2017 Don't know who they're gonna get better with their shite squad. And who'd want it?
The Horse's Mouth Posted 3 January 2017 Posted 3 January 2017 Haven't they finally sorted out the owners situation? Makes sense, he's never going to keep them up so might as well roll the dice. No idea who you'd get though, maybe Rowett in preparation to bounce back up?
katieakita Posted 3 January 2017 Posted 3 January 2017 Think they are destined for the drop like Villa last season they can bring in a Remi Garde or bring in a better solution someone like NP might not be a quick fix solution and they are in upheaval so really is a poisoned chalice.
Leicesterpool Posted 3 January 2017 Posted 3 January 2017 I would have said Rowett, but I think they'll go for experience though in the top flight. Roy Hodgson I think.
fazzyfox Posted 3 January 2017 Posted 3 January 2017 He obviously failed to blend into the squad that multitude of early summer signings the board provided for him with all that TV money they had available to spend.

Clever Fox Posted 3 January 2017 Posted 3 January 2017 It still irks me how they managed to beat us on opening day. they might have to go down the leagues to find a Manager. I doubt Pearson will go back their.

goose2010 Posted 4 January 2017 Posted 4 January 2017 Marco Silva is apprently being interviewed for it. Very random and unless he is a mirical worker i think thats 1 out of the 3 down.
Leicesterpool Posted 4 January 2017 Posted 4 January 2017 Wonder what Paulo Sousa is doing these days?
syston_fox Posted 4 January 2017 Posted 4 January 2017 Best thing I've read on Twitter in ages: Hull sack Mike Phelan in the same week they sack Youth coach, Peter Ndlovu. All together now..... You've lost Ndlovu and Phelan, whoooaaah Ndlovu and Phelan. You've lost Ndlovu and Phelan now they're gone, gone, gone.
Fox92 Posted 4 January 2017 Posted 4 January 2017 They were far better than us on the opening day. They just wanted it more. Knew this might happen eventually though. Squad lacks quality although it's not Phelan's fault as he was just thrown into the job. It's a good job they have quality in Snodgrass otherwise they'd struggle for goals.

Didn't know too much about this fella so I did the natural thing and headed to Wiki and found this brilliant piece of information - On 4 June 2015, four days after winning the trophy, Sporting announced that Silva had been sacked with just cause,[18][19] for not wearing the club's official suit in a cup match against F.C. Vizela.[20]

foxy boxing Posted 5 January 2017 Posted 5 January 2017 Hull's priority is to stay in the premier league and they need to do everything possible to do that. whether sacking Phelan is the right answer we will have to wait and see. we need to see who they bring in to replace him and see if they can turn Hull around, though i doubt it.
