Guest CityFan 06 Posted 24 January 2017 Posted 24 January 2017 Good luck to him. I do feel Hernandez wasn't played enough at CB, his supposed natural position. It's a shame really that we didn't get to see much of his ability on the ball too. He put in a few good performances in the Champions League, and played a key part in our first ever CL goal away to Club Brugge, with that throw-in to Albrighton which lead to our goal. I feel he could be most effective in a back three.

StanSP Posted 24 January 2017 Posted 24 January 2017 Apparently he pushed this through but not only because of lack of playing time. He had been homesick since he got here and has family near Malaga anyway. This seemed like the best option for him and for us as he was never really settled here. Obviously leaves us one defender short but as always, I'd rather have players that want to be here and feel settled happy playing in and being in Leicester. Good luck to him and shame it didn't work out.
