Exactly this.

FFS people talking about Wague, Benny and Kapustka like they are going to be the solution. After they have played mediocre opposition and we've put in mediocre and poor performances. And Wague didn't even play a full game and he's 'decent'? He looked like he was trying, but the bar clearly has been set so low by our recent performances that trying and not being utter rubbish = decent.

The club have really messed up this season. It's actually disgusting now.

I must have been watching a different game as the small striker he was marking had the better of him. He looked okay at centre half but no more - despite our normal centre halfs woeful form he did not do enough to convince me for even a place on the bench.

We missed an opportunity to see Amartey play alongside Benny which I would like to have seen - even when he went off we could have stuck Albrighton to full back and tried it!!

Benny deserves to be considered alongside Morgan or Huth.

Agreed. And yes, Benny does deserve to be considered. Definitely not a guaranteed starter though like some people on here seem to be suggesting.

He didn't look like an 8 year old girl trying to kill a spider when he got the ball like Morgan does, so it was a promising start.

I think you were watching a different game.

That bloke he was marking didn't get a sniff did he?

Either his season with us is over within an hour

Considered. He should start better than Morgan and huth.

come on, they shouldn't shoulder all the burden!

Well when we were defending first half in front of us he was struggling to contain him imo and looked average at best....all the building him up i read from various posters is rubbish....

Mind like you said we won't see him again anyway so its all irrelevant

Rumours are Wague is fine, he just shit it from the the ferotoius and scary Milwall fans.  Especially when they started throwing there bingo chips, and signing on books at them

Doesn't look great on his CV does it..

Played 1

Lost 1 (against a 10 men league one side)....

To be fair, it was 0-0 when he went off. Which probably makes him the best Leicester player this season. Or at least the only unbeaten one...

Can't argue with that. A half decent game against a league 1 side for all 3 and a championship side for Benny and Kaputska and some seem like they are calling for them to play against Sevilla. Or our best hope against Liverpool.

6 out of 10 performances against lower league opposition 7 maybe if you were being charitable...

But that kind of makes your point the club messed up big time in the summer.

Yes but what are the alternatives?

Touche. Keyboard not set up for the bit above the e.

Kaputska I can't see how he could be ready to start against Sevilla or Liverpool. There are signs of a player there no question but to be breaking into the first 11 he would need to be putting in at least 8 out of 10 performances against lower league opposition and changing games. Not necessarily his fault as he's rusty and could do with a loan out ASAP IMO. Plus we have Gray, and Mahrez has to play against Sevilla the game is made for him. In the middle Ndidi has to start. Drinkwater I'm not sure on current form but back to your point is there an alternative to Drinkwater? Mendy is probably too defensive, King I wish but not much of an alternative.

Of the defenders I'm not sure against Sevilla and Liverpool we can drop both Huth and Morgan. Both have been very, very poor but the rest may have helped hopefully. I could understand dropping one of the 2. Wague probably had the better game IMO against Millwall before his injury but unless he's dislocated it before then he could be a while out or gone for good back to Udinese. That leaves Benny. Has he done enough to start? I'm really not sure he has. Maybe against Liverpool, not so sure against Sevilla where TBF Huth and Morgan have only really played well in Europe. That may be due to the no holding having wings clipped in prem perhaps or their legs have gone. I'd like to see Benny and Wes or Benny and Huth against Liverpool. Sevilla no.

The biggest alternative seems to keep getting stuck at RB in place of Simpson who has probably been one of our better players this season, not saying a lot but probably has. Why Amartey hasn't been given a try at CB for us is beyond me.

footballers need to man up! ( haha only joking!)

Watched a rugby game before where one of the players dislocated his shoulder. It was clearly out of socket as he was in pain  and his left arms was a few inches longer than his right.. Physio came and popped it back in and he carried on playing.. finished the game, too. Absolute nutter.
