MikeyT Posted 23 February 2017 Posted 23 February 2017 John Percy tweet: Confirmed: Claudio Ranieri sacked by #lcfc. Was given the news when he arrived back in England this afternoon
Dames Posted 23 February 2017 Posted 23 February 2017 Right decision. I imagine he's known since the Millwall game but was given a stay of execution to ensure the Champions League game went smoothly. Could explain why the players picked up second half if they knew he was going.
Benji Posted 23 February 2017 Posted 23 February 2017 Owners must have someone lined up to do this right now.
Vardinio'sCat Posted 23 February 2017 Posted 23 February 2017 After one of the greatest achievements in English footballing history? When we could still win the CL? It makes no sense at all.
jim5000 Posted 23 February 2017 Posted 23 February 2017 He did look weird yesterday, there was all the players talking behind his back while he was on the touchline and he looked like a lost, somewhat aggressive, man in the post match interview. i think he knew the writing was on the wall. How bad can it be that we fire the man that won the league with Leicester City only 9 months ago?
Old Fox Posted 23 February 2017 Posted 23 February 2017 If this is true then a part of my love for our great club has died....modern players are a disgrace imo...... It does prove our owners will only accept success which in context is good but such a really really sad night if it is confirmed
