Stevosevic Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 I know it has been discussed but 2 papers, granted only the sun and the mirror, are running a story of him returning in tomorrow's papers. Probably merits his own thread. Stan Collymore and Henry Winter have both said that players would like him back http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/leicester-players-tell-club-chiefs-9918597
urban.spaceman Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 His relationship remains untenable with the owners. It's not happening.
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 it has to happen c'mon boys lets throw our support behind Nige on Monday big shout of 'one Nigel Pearson" and we'll be laughing

Steven Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 Can we get over him, and O'Neill and fvcking move on.

Jesus, this Pearson thing is cringe. Even after the 18 months this club has had, people are still in mourning over Pearson and still wetting themselves at the mention of his name.
Aus Fox Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 Ahh The Mirror how much BS can you get in one article. My favourite part is when they mention Manchini's time in Leicester. He was so unhappy in the City he returned to Italy a month later. roughly translated to he had openly expressed his interest in management and when Fiorentina came and made him an offer he took it. He also credits his time with Leicester as the moment he fell in love with the English game.

Wymsey Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 With Shakespeare there for support on the side, may well be fine for him to return -as long as he admits past mistakes and has learnt from them. It was his son, not himself with the orgy thing - who knows, Pearson senior might have been livid with him at the time (and fir a good while) about it affecting his then-sour relationship with the club.

Yes but his son wasn't involved in an orgy with Thai hookers on a goodwill tour of Thailand and decide to film himself with his mates racially abusing them. Will never be viable again.

Monsell1976 Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 Don't want him back, I know his sons career has failed since his not been here, but don't want either back. Its time to move forward, give it shakey until the end of the season, interview between now and then, fresh start in the summer, no panic signing, and we know what league we are in.
Wortho Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 I can't see this happening. Load of of horseshit.

Corky Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 We really need to move on from this. Go for someone fresh.
SecretPro Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 Any manager that carries his son around with him to steal a living gets a no from me. Reminds me of under twelves.
dynamark Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 Pearson is unemployable for the foreseeable future -end of story
Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 No. Not this time. Nigel, you did great but a lot has changed. Don't come back.
Guest Papasmurf Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 I'm not sure what's more tragic, another Pearson thread or me reading it on a Saturday night.
dylanlegend Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 imagine the scenes on Tuesday. Pearson in the stands alongside his new assistant.. Steve Walsh

matty98 Posted 25 February 2017 Posted 25 February 2017 He's perfect, he progresses the club every season and is unlikely to get poached as many believe him to be to much of a loose cannon. Come home Nige, you are the man for the job.
