I've heard some twatish things spoken in the name of football, (this season particularly), but Martin Keown sinks to a record depth!!  (On BBC.)

Yep...couldn't understand this one at all? Have Keown and Shakey got previous?

Keown is convinced Shakespeare led a mutinee with the players which forced Ranieri out so he could become manager. There might be some truth in that but as we've all seen, performances have drastically improved where Claudio had lost the dressing room.

It's certainly a very unusual turn of events but saying Shakespeare is not worthy of the job is laughable when you consider how long he's been at the club and the reaction he's got out of the players.

They used to date each other, and were part of the same swingers club

Not that unusual there have been plenty of times Assistants have taken over when a manager has been sacked.

What a silly thing to say, Hasn't he heard of personal ambition. How many people work and think they could do the job at the next level

Then an opportunity presents itself and they go for it. Why shouldn't Shaky take his opportunity if he feels he's up to it, and so far he's doing great.

I've seen more Coaching built into our team  this Week than I've seen in two years. Keep it up Shaky and the job should be yours and ignore the begrudge rs like Keown.

Interesting that Keown thinks it's so far out of line, considering that he was bombed out of Leicester, for, err..... undermining the manager, criticising him behind his back, and wasn't there a rumour that he was after Adam's job for himself? Strange that he is now so offended by this, like Savage is offended by players "not trying" after coming out and saying that he stopped trying at various points in his own career to weasel his way to getting a transfer (even worse than not trying because you feel the team is being led badly, because it's not about whats best for the team, but solely about getting more money for himself).

It highlights for me just how detached pundits are from the big 4-6 clubs in England. I cant imagine anyone in that elite taking similar stick like us. Just look at Chelsea after Mourinho went, Hazard for example was as brand new player. CR had his flaws this season and that wasnt Shakeys doing?

He's an absolute tool, realised he was wrong when saying he all of a sudden wanted to become a manager so then changed his point to being Leicester are a big team and therefore need a big manager. Bloke's a genuine moron.

No idea what point he's actually trying make here.

He isnt either.

Can you imagine if Shakey walked, Keown would be all like "what a pussy, no ambition with English coaches these days"

Is this type of mutiny that happens early on in the day?
