Ok now add the times where Mahrez just ran into the opposition or lost possession trying to be flamboyant when the easy pass is right in front of him. Im a big fan of Riyads and kept my criticism of him polite or to myself, but now it seems he's had two decent performances and all the negatives are forgotten. Last season was the time he needed to adapt, he didn't. I genuinely believe this season he will. And all strikers miss chances every game, even the greats. Did Riyad not miss 3 penalties? If not and I've been a big critic of his, his performances of late seem a little more like the old Marhez. Even though he may be putting it in for a move, I don't care about the motive. If he stays we'll probably see more of the same from him for the same reasons, either way we're a winner. I think that's more you who doesn't want him here because you're fed up with reading this thread, in fact, if this thread did not exist, the lives of about 100 Leicester fans would be much better. The team couldn't move the ball and keep position against a league 1 team without him! Slim has time and space of 10 yards in every direction when he receives the ball. He wanted it earlier but there was a good chance the player alongside Mahrez would have intercepted it at that point.
