But seriously tho, vardy is one of my favourites and I'm not trying to take anything away from him. He had a great last 2-3 months and ended up with a very decent return. 

 

Some people have amnesia or something, because I clearly remember others in here slating him because he didn't work as hard as before. But hey, what ever fits your agenda I guess:dunno:

I genuinely think he will be starting in a Leicester shirt.  I don't think Barca are interested and we'll have to see whether anybody else is prepared to match the valuation. I've no doubt we'll accept considerably less than the quoted £50m, but even £35-40m is a lot to pay for a fantastically gifted but occasionally inconsistent player and I'm not sure top teams in Spain or England are looking to buy inconsistent players.

 

If you go beyond those top teams and he doesn't want to go back to France, then the field starts narrowing considerably

 

All speculation and just my opinion of course

So, it looks like Arsenal's offer for the Mr Magic is around the 40M mark at the moment. Let's see how Barcelona counters .. Come oon Barcaa  :chant:

40 million euro? 

 

40+million £ maybe but any less and we should not allow him to go. 

 

Why should we be more drybummed than anybody else in this market?!

The Metro is usually sold for free in public for one reason really - poor-quality 'stories' and random lazy journalism.
