Am i the only one who is worried about what side we will be putting out when the AFCON comes around?

A little bit, but AFCON is 4 transfer windows away (including this one).

Play our cards right and we could have enough Africans to enter.

At current rate, Nigeria will likely not be at AFCON anytime soon.

Sounds like a promising and developing situation. Let's hope it all comes off.

I hope so, if only to put an end to this f***king Deeney speculation. He is not the way forward, Kelechi is.

Deeney's a different issue. His record of goals scored and chances created still seems pretty impressive and he would it the hardcase image that seems to be evolving right now.

You're absolutely correct but he's 29 and I think that he's probably peaked. Inheanacho is only 20 and looks the real deal to me and can only improve.

I remember Manchester United signing a supposedly "past-it" striker called Henrik Larsson. Thirty-five he was but what a contributor.

Ibra too.

Looks like it might have some legs, a couple of journos/ITKs who have got a few things right recently saying it's progressing.

It would be a quality signing, couldn't get in the side last year but he just seems to score. I'd imagine him and Vardy have 2 of the highest chance conversion rates in the league over the past couple of seasons, we would be deadly!
