does anyone else get the pause icon in the middle of the screen throughout the playing on windows 10?

I used to get those sort of problems on my iPad. Doesn't seem to happen now though. I used to find that using the play/pause button/symbol in the bottom left corner rather than the one in the middle of the screen to stop/start avoided the problem.

I really enjoyed Scunny as an away day back in our Dark Ages to be fair. Probably something to do with having KFC right next to the ground. Anyone planning to go?

I'm glad it looks like we're trying to win this competition with the strength of that side we've put out.

It would have been great to do the same last year and ruin Coventry's big day out as we fielded the likes of Chilwell, Gray, etc in the final. :D

Only Chelsea's and our academy teams left.

Granted it's not a season defining competition but if you're in in it you may as well try and win it and it's ours for the taking if we want it. I'd certainly go if we got to Wembley and I'd take my kids and a few more with me for sure.

I don't support U21 teams being in the competition but I'd absolutely agree IF we were giving our youngsters a proper go. Look at the side we've fielded tonight though, absolute joke, and clearly only being used to benefit our first team.

Just playing devil's advocate here but you could argue five of our academy squad playing alongside the likes of Dragovic, Iheanacho, Ulloa, etc may be more beneficial for them than playing alongside other academy players?

Now we're in it we may as well try and win it as it's a great opportunity for these players to win a cup at Wembley. I'd rather see young players like Iheanacho and Amartey play in this competition than not play at all for the first team.

I think putting out the team we did is reasonable other than playing Ulloa and Hamer. Iheanacho is an U21, Amartey is only 22 and Dragovic and Benny need gametime. I think the regulation is 6 U21 players.

For me Hamer is the main one requiring games. Should Kasper get injured/suspended, it would be better if Hamer is fully match fit and ready to go.

Can the club be fined for fielding some expensive individuals?

They've fined some smaller clubs for not taking the competition seriously enough by doing something regarding their team (?).

Rule from the Checkatrade Trophy website:

Each Invited Club must ensure that in each Match at least 6 of the starting eleven players named on the Team Sheet are players who were aged under 21 as at the 30th June in the year in which the Season concerned commenced.

So with Wood, Choudhury, Ndukwu, Hughes, Thomas and Iheanacho we're within the rules. No rules about expensive players.
