uragomper Posted 13 August 2017 Posted 13 August 2017 If I was Vardy I'd be knocking on Shakespeare's door Monday morning demanding that he sort's out our second rate defence. Would'nt be surprised to see Vardy go by the end of the transfer window or January.
DatfoxesKid23 Posted 13 August 2017 Posted 13 August 2017 If I was vardy I'd have trust in my boss and I would remember who got him to the top flight. I also wouldn't act like a spoilt cvnt

Daggers Posted 13 August 2017 Posted 13 August 2017 If I were him I'd sack Monday off and spend it in Greggs. Then I'd do one of those 5,000 piece jigsaws.
Wymsey Posted 13 August 2017 Posted 13 August 2017 If I were him, I'd stay at the club that made him what he is (on the pitch) and continue to score goals, and getting the £120k he's on weekly before he starts to decline.

Tuna Posted 13 August 2017 Posted 13 August 2017 'Boss, Wes is fat and slow and Simpson has too many tattoos. Sort it out or I'm going to Chelsea'.
Guest the fox Posted 13 August 2017 Posted 13 August 2017 Out of subject but, how good was vards in the last 2-something years? He has 39 goals in the last two seasons+the arsenal game. That's amazing. I don't think its really far fetched to call him the best player in the club, right? Yes riyad on form is by far the best player, but the keyword is "on form", in the last 2something years, apart from when most of the team was struggling last season, he preformed consistently. He is underrated by many people in the PL, when I'm watching arsenal or pool I just start wondering how good vardy would be with that service.
ozleicester Posted 14 August 2017 Posted 14 August 2017 If i was Vardy, i wouldnt be posting on a public forum.

m4DD0gg Posted 14 August 2017 Posted 14 August 2017 He had a point. With that shite defence you would get fed up. Morgan is well past done and if continued to he selected will cost us lots of points this season. Like a statue on Friday
mozartfox Posted 14 August 2017 Posted 14 August 2017 But isn't Wes irreplaceable because we won the League with him the season before last?
Guest Col city fan Posted 14 August 2017 Posted 14 August 2017 Yes I can see this. Of course, I wouldn't do it in this way but imo Vardy has become a real top rate striker. He must look at some of our squad now and wonder why he's still at the club.
hackenbacker Posted 14 August 2017 Posted 14 August 2017 If I was Vardy I'd ............... have a party
Merging Cultures Posted 14 August 2017 Posted 14 August 2017 I can see your point. I always favour a collaborative and open discussion about what's needed within a work team, and I am sure it isn't too much different in football that the managers and staff are open to hearing about what the staff of the club have to say. It shouldn't be anything confrontational though, just an open discussion about the needs of the club. When you listen to staff and take into consideration their comments, then they feel empowered and are likely to work harder for the team/club/company. So yes, a valid point, but it should be addressed in a professional way, not perhaps in the way that was insinuated.
HighPeakFox Posted 14 August 2017 Posted 14 August 2017 If ever I needed to know just how bad this OP is, I just needed to see the first person that liked it.

Vardy has done his job well and effectively and we have lost from a winning position 3–2 up. The players will not be happy with shakey and Appleton's decision making. they would have a built in pro mindset to hold what you have at somewhere like the emirates last ten. If you do concede in the end then at least you take a point. hopefully he can help the dressing room channel the disspointment into trying to go on an unbeaten run in response. the squad of two years ago would do this. Not sure the squad of now is together enough. We shall see. It he won't be doing what the OP suggests!
