Those people on that website aren't representative of normal sane people.

So you're implying that there are normal, sane people living amongst us. That's like finding a piece of straight timber in B&Q.

Completely and utterly agree - however you can’t win with this in my experience because the only way to feasibly do this (depending on the size of your organisation, I’m talking from experience of a company of over 1600 people) is to automate those responses and send template emails.

We currently have over 86 roles open, just in Sheffield and Leeds, the two areas I cover, I would say 300+ across the business in other areas. Me and the rest of my team respond to every applicant, whether successful or not, but we do automate some of the rejection emails if we haven’t spoken to the candidate. So we’re dealing with hundreds of applicants weekly, and the majority aren’t suitable unfortunately. This sometimes doesn’t go down well as every candidate expects a tailored, personal response (and I get that, trust me) In our case that’s just not possible, it would be somebodies full time job if we were to do that. But I do totally agree with what you’re saying.

If you record gigs on your electronic device, you are Satan.

I'll add to that people that take selfies in front of an event they've gone too see.

An old school friend I've got on Facebook did this a couple of years back. He'd gone to see the start of the tour de France when it was in the UK. The moment the riders passed he's taken a photo, half filled with his head, looking away from the cyclists, missing the very thing he'd gone to see. Ridiculous.

Can’t be that hard work if you can do it at 95 👀

Maybe she should retire and we can have interviews to see who’s best for the job of head of state? Who are you gonna vote for, Charles, Charles or Charles? 🤔

British democracy at the moment is worse than monarchy. One Etonian twat who’ll screw the country for short term financial gain, or a different Etonian twat who’ll etc while all his mates so on and what have you.

My unpopular opinion: democracy can fvck off. It’s only at most a generation before the rich work out a way to game the whole system and get exactly the same benefits while telling you it’s your fault…

Democracy has a lot of flaws - some of which are brutally evident at this point in time, especially concerning long-term planning.

However, as Churchill said, every other system that's been tried is worse.

Democracy is fine.

We just don’t have it.

People get too worked up about the atmosphere in the stadium. It's absolutely fine, the KP is never going to be Anfield or Celtic Park. Ultimately we're always going to have a mid-sized fanbase, and the culture around it won't change any time soon.

Some of the wannabe "ultras" are absolutely cringe-inducing.

This makes me chuckle every time. UFS in its near 8 year history has never professed to being ‘ultras’, such a lazy tag thrown about. The word Ultras has never been used in Leicester’s fanbase once.

The palace ultras acne group are the most cringe inducing thing ever. There’s a millwall fan (he has more than two teeth!) at my work who rips into them in a hilarious manner. They are nicknamed ‘the nigels’ amongst millwall fans. Couldn’t think of a better tag. Palace fans are that Nigel type weirdo in the office who smells a bit and is a bit strange, then all of a sudden an ultra on the weekend. Luckily I’ve not seen any of this type nonsense at Leicester!

Women’s tennis is now more exciting than the men’s ….

Has been in terms of competitiveness for a while, especially since Serena Williams had the baby and stopped dominating. There's been a short spell where the likes of Osaka have won a few slams, but generally you have no idea who's going to win before the event, and that was the case even prior to Raducanu.

The men's will start to change in the next few years as Federer, Nadal and Djokovic go, but I still feel we might have a group of 5 or so who dominate, whereas I don't see that in the women's game.

Who mentioned UFS?

I think you might have made that connection yourself.
