My kids live on jacket potatoes. They’re full of fibre and vitamin B6 and most importantly, they’re cheap as chips

Jacket taters are one of those things that are not meant to be eaten in isolation, it's all about the filling.

 

I eat mine with hummus generally, and it's food for the gods.

Totally agree, though I’m not sure I would put it in the terms you have here. The AFL have just been banned from completing body fat index tests with players because it might fat shame them - we are talking about elite athletes, that need to be in prime condition, not a teenage kid on social media. It’s getting beyond a joke.
