I fear Drinkwater has murdered his own career.  He is not even a Champions League sub

Against a bunch of Azerbaijani farmers!

he's got a calf injury.

I think that was his excuse whenever he didn't want to play for England or didn't want to play for us at the start of the season lol

Last season he held his own in the champions league, in this seasons champions league the only time he'll be holding his own at a high level will be when he goes for a half time slash in the main stands upstairs toilets.

Reminds me a lot of the Diana and Charles fiasco. You'd think ppl would learn after all these years.  ...apparently not.

So what, it's none of our business.

I predicted when he went he'd barely play and be shipped off on loan in about 12-18 months to Stoke.

Who cares. He's gone.

Top post.  He is not a LCFC player now...... move on.

I still think Drinkwater is great. Wouldn't really expect him to be in one of the world's top teams just a week after arriving, having not trained much with the team and being short on match fitness.

You lot can use your hate to create a new storyline for him but I'm happy he was a Leicester footballer and I wish him only the best.

He'll be controlling that Chelsea midfield soon.

Well I have heard from someone involved at the club that DD is already questioning his move.  Apparently he said that barely anyone speaks English in the dressing room and they don't train until the afternoon which he doesn't like as he was used to training in the mornings.

Obviously I got this info 2nd hand so have no idea if there's anything to it.
