Whilst this seems an easy hit on a troll, one cannot help but recall that the poster did break the news first that the registration was rejected - whether by luck or judgment, who knows. I guess a broken clock is right twice a day!

Why are people so sure that Rudkin is solely to blame? It's very unlikely that he was the one responsible for actually getting all the paperwork through on the night.
