Especially if the club's management wants to dictate the backroom staff etc, that could put him off coming here if, like other managers would, he wanted to bring a trusted assistant coach/manager of his with him.

That was a stipulation for Ranieri's contract if I recall (a masterstroke IMO)... Not many left now - Walsh left a year later and Shakey's just been sacked. Should hope they'd make accommodations.
