Where is Marcin Wasilewski , when you need him.....

Hopefully in a different country which is where you need him when and Aguero, De Bruyne & Co are in town...they're a fantanstic team...playing the best footballing team the Premier League has seen so anything tomorrow is a bonus....they'll score at least 2...so I expect a very resilient defensive display and effective counter attack...Albrighton starts instead of Gray for tactical reasons only if we're only one down at 75 mins i'll be hopeful of getting something out of the game....if king starts we lose by at least 2

If, as The Guardian suggest, the arrogant tool plays one defender, John Stones, in an away premier league match against the unpredictable but potentially brilliant attack of Mahrez, Vardy, Gray and Okazaki - Then I think we may see a big score here!!

Yes, I know Walker is supposedly another defender but he thinks he has morphed into Gareth Bale while Fabian Delph is, well....., Fabian Delph!

5-1 Leicester.

Probably better if we don't get an early goal as that will just make them angry. :sweating:

And we won't like them if they get angry.............. Well. I don't like them anyway

I think Puel will have to go a tad more defensive than recent team selections. On song we can be attacking even against the best; however im not sure we're particularly in form. Another hardworking midfielder today and pop Gray or Riyad on the bench. Keeping Man city out will be quite a task.

Just a quick one.  I took my 8 year old nephew to the Everton game and he loved it.  Any advice from anyone as to what to say to an eight year old when he say's (about the crowd singing about Wayne Rooney) "You're just a fat granny shagger". :scarf:

Anyway...Premier league is back, can't wait for the game. Both teams to score definitely, but unfortuanltey i think they will score more than us.

If we go with a defensive mindset we will get punished. We need a compact midfield that is going to work hard. But we must try and retain some possession. If they haven't got the ball they can't hurt us. Plenty of pace up top for us as I'm sure a high line is expected from them. We just need to be intelligent how we counter and not just hoof aimlessly giving them the ball straight back.

I'm just glad Shakey isn't in charge as we would be stood on our 18 yard line all match hoofing to Vardy with 20% possession. I think Shakey gave teams too much respect and I am confident Puel is drumming that mindset out of them. No need to treat the ball like a hot potato today boys please!!!

The old classic is to say they're saying something else that sounds like it. As an 8 year old you just accept that explanation.

just tell him that Shrek has a propensity to mate with older members of the species.

I think we’re going to be watching this seasons premier league champions today (and it’s not leicester). Hoping for a good performance, if we can keep to within a goal or two of them we will have done well against one of the best footballing sides the league has ever known, and we’ll be in with a chance to the end.

Of all teams, would prefer another side apart from these to win the league.

Like Man Utd, they've spent too much to assemble a side; does money guarantee sustainable success?  I feel their team is actually more geared towards the future but they're already clicking at the moment. Hope they're bought back down to earth today.

Wouldn't be surprised if Southgate is at the game today, seeing how Chilwell and Maguire do against these. Am not quite convinced with Fuchs currently, so hope Puel gives Chilwell a big opportunity.

Well, you know, a bit of optimism does nobody any harm :)

If there’s one thing supporting Leicester has taught me, it’s that it’s the hope that hurts you, so I respectfully disagree-optimism does harm ?

:) If it is tempered by a willingness to look facts in the face, it's ok :)
