katieakita Posted 17 June 2018 Posted 17 June 2018 (edited) Percy can claim to be in the know and you have to believe in someone called My shitter Edited 17 June 2018 by katieakita
brucey Posted 17 June 2018 Posted 17 June 2018 Sounds like we've been dallying for 2 months on this, waiting to make sure his injury is getting better. Southampton make an official bid yesterday, we panic, pull our fingers out and decide to match it today, the lad is so keen to join us that he agrees instantly Cheers Soton Credit to @Callabinho as well for the early info 1
chapero82 Posted 17 June 2018 Posted 17 June 2018 I don’t know why but I’m really excited about this signing 1
CloudFox Posted 17 June 2018 Posted 17 June 2018 Wonder if this means the Mahrez deal is almost done then too ?
coolhandfox Posted 17 June 2018 Posted 17 June 2018 Big money for a championship player, how time have changed.

Foxfan123 Posted 17 June 2018 Posted 17 June 2018 Only 21 but would be a big signing and will be a great player. Some of the assists he picks out will only help Vardy ??

Gary Eatfood Posted 17 June 2018 Posted 17 June 2018 Think I'm right in saying this would be the largest transfer fee ever involving a second tier player. So that would mean we'd hold the records for both Championship and non-league transfers.
smr Posted 17 June 2018 Posted 17 June 2018 Our facilities are probably better than Sotons tho... and new training ground coming, stadium expansion and hed surely start with us too. Plus we have a better squad of players and better owners, and better fans. And we win things. :)

SheppyFox Posted 17 June 2018 Posted 17 June 2018 (edited) Get this done and once we get Roberts in and get rid of Mahrez we can concentrate on getting gotze and Shaqiri in ?????? Edited 17 June 2018 by SheppyFox 1

Fox92 Posted 17 June 2018 Posted 17 June 2018 Lets not start comparing us v Southampton. Sky probably say he prefers them so everyone backs it on Skybet. 1

They probably know that he wants to join us, so are making out like he’s going to join the Saints to lessen their losses on the market. 2

Ted Maul Posted 17 June 2018 Posted 17 June 2018 Always quite liked Southampton, and had us as very similarly sized clubs until 2 years ago. Identical grounds as well. The league win, CL quarter final, increase in fanbase & fame that brought plus stadium expansion when it's done put us on another level to them now though. I'd like to think most players would come to us over them, despite Southampton being on the coast and Hampshire being a nice place to live. Leicestershire is a cracking county too anyway- some fantastic places to live.
