It is well established that our crowd cannot cope with passing football and the players seem equally sceptical so no point really.

Agreed, but I think Zidane would deal with the lack of one player better than the hapless Rogers who, I believe has found his level. Well, until he ventures into Europe with Celtic and the old flaws and ineptness raise their heads again.

Difficult for him to get get players with their budget to compete in the champions league though pal.

I think his brand of football would suit us.

like Chris Coleman has found out at Sunderland, when the one star player who can drag you out of the shit is not there any more, it can make you look quite ordinary

the season after Suarez left, Liverpool were absolutely abject

Rodgers is an absolute charlatan

I can see why the chairmen of some clubs would buy into all the motivational tripe though and somewhere along the line he will manage again in the PL, and be found out. I just hope its not us

Be good to see an English manager take over. Sean dyche would be my favourite, but he will have more to play for by staying at Burnley next season than we can offer him. Eddie howe possibly ?

Dyche wouldnt know what to do with a 100 million transfer budget.  He’d want about 60 players with that money.

Yes maybe so, but he can get more out of a Burnley side who have spent very little money, than the current and previous leicester manager could with 30 mil Slim, 25 mil nacho, silva and musa. Buy smart ! we since winning the prem 2 seasons ago have brought a shower of shite.

Our managers want to splash the cash and want big names to increase our worldwide reputation

No thanks, the guy has been on cruise control these last few years managing a team that will always win their league and he thinks that's a fantastic achievement!.

I don't think he's as good as people make out. Who was the last Celtic manager that didn't win the league?

At Liverpool, he inherited a team with one of the world's best players in Suarez, and a fairly solid squad to boot. Most of the players he signed were flops.

People need to realise that our team needs rebuilding. It isn't something that can happen overnight and we need to steer well clear of managers that get success from walking into clubs that have 90% of a great team already in place.

Possiblly Kenny Daglish
